The men who delivered the goods spoke to each other in a different language. They hardly spoke to me at all. They wouldn't take the bath panels upstairs leaving them in the hall. I was disappointed with the level of service provided by Shore Laminates on behalf of B&Q.

I was kept well informed by email of my delivery day and time.
Delivery was within the given time frame and the two delivery men were very polite and carried out the delivery of my sofa bed to the specified room. They were very respectful, careful and efficient and did not cause any damage to the sofa or my property.
Highly recommend.

Punctual and polite, but did not appreciate having a form thrust at me to sign with little explanation before I had even see the product being delivered!
The form actually asked me to list the obstacles restricting delivery, when in my opinion there were none. Lack of English on the part of the employees did not help the situation

The delivery guys were excellent and very polite

Whilst we weren't given much warning about the delivery day and time it was fine in the end. The time given for arrival was accurate, the drivers polite and respectful being careful not to damage anything. They showed how the sofa bed operates and it was all done very efficiently, thank you.

They rang when they were 15 minutes out, delivered within the 3 hour time frame. Were polite and courteous, unpacked it, put it in the right place and took the packaging away

Delivery men were fabulous. So careful to avoid damage when taking a folding bed to the first floor.

Driver was very rude when enteting my house told me I should've taped the box up in a rude manner. I then tried to explain to him as why it wasnt taped but he just ignored me and started talking over me to his colleague without engaging with me.
Poor service

The delivery men telephoned me an hour before arrival then again when they were outside the door. Very pleasant, put protective coverings on shoes, took sofa bed to desired room, unpacked it and demonstrated how to use it, packaging was also removed. 5 star service, well done!

I was given a 3 hour time slot with plenty of notice, then a call from the two delivery men twenty five minutes before they arrived. They had no difficulty finding our house, unlike most. They were polite and efficient and skilled at getting a long sofa around a tight bend. They did not moan, they quickly removed all the packaging, they put together my new sofa very quickly and arranged the cushions on it, checking I was happy before they grabbed the paperwork.

Excellent communication prior to delivery. When the sofa arrived, it was delivered with great care into our home. The two guys delivering were so pleasant and polite. We could not have asked for better service.

Lawrence and Mike were our delivery drivers and went above and beyond. Honestly can’t thank them enough. Polite, hard-working and with good humour. Amazing service!

This firm has delivered twice to our home. The first delivery had to be aborted when the bought item would not come through our doors! The crew handled this with great good humour as they had to repackage the item.
The scond delivery was excellent: on-time, efficient and friendly.

The delivery arrived within the time slot we were given. The two delivery men were friendly and careful of our property as they brought in the sofa. They plugged in a light behind the sofa for us and demonstrated the pull out bed. A good experience all round.

I ordered two single sofa beds and they were delivered promptly on the day the delivery was arranged for. The two lads who delivered them had driven up from Northampton to Scotland on the day. Delivered the sofas, showed me how to open them up and cleared away all the packing afterwards. Both of them were friendly and helpful and still had a 100 mile journey further North to Inverness. No hesitation at all in recommending this delivery firm
