NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

Be aware that once you buy the subscription, even you use it for 1 week, they will charge you every month, i did not realize when i was placing order, it looks like that the price is for 1 month but they charge every month. when they charged me second time, i contacted them straight away within 1 hour that my test date as passed, they will no issue you a refund.

I am not happy with the customer service at all.

This app is a subscription service. It is clearly stated that RouteBuddy operates on a monthly subscription basis. When you sign up, you are billed based on the plan you select, whether monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months. It’s your responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to continue. The ‘cancel anytime’ option is always available for all plans.

You were charged because the subscription was still active, which means it wasn’t cancelled in time. If you cancelled after the billing cycle, it would not stop the current charge. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for charges that have already been processed.

Didnt expect much at first but its…

Didnt expect much at first but its actually decent. The routes are updated and you can follow them like a real exam which is cool. I used it with my instructor and also on my own.

The navigation is really good and I…

The navigation is really good and I like that you can use it with CarPlay as well. Sometimes it takes a sec to load routes but nothing major tbh.

Been using it for a couple of weeks and…

Been using it for a couple of weeks and already feel way more comfotable with the test routes. I’d love to see more detailed info on each test centre’s route, but still recommend.

Worst route app

Worst route app. subscribed for a month and couldn’t use the app cos it says I need to start from the centre and when I did it kept redirecting back to the centre.
Loads of dead ends.

Don't waste your money

The activation pierced process is a joke and the routes are so out of date or is unreal.

Slow app activation and routes out of date

I signed up via the web, £29.99 for 6 mths with promises of up to date DVSA routes. It took several emails to the support team to get my account activated 2 days later.
The routes for Worcester, UK are out of date - dead ends, industrial estate road changed and blocked, roundabout exit at the 5th exit when only 3 exits available and directions to enter a car park via a roundabout that was removed 3 years ago!
Overall not worth the money, routes are out of date and obviously the app relies on others adding to site.
I'd like a refund but customers support not helping.

they will intentionally take your money everytime, i cancelled the subscription and they said subscription cancelled successfully only for me to notice they had taken money out of my account three times. i have reported this to my bank and will be getting my money back.

Beware - very badly reviewed app

Just thought I'd drop a quick review as no-one else has flagged this company/app.
Made the mistake of giving them a month subscription before fully checking them out. It's only £12.99, so I thought worth it before my daughter's driving test in a couple of weeks.
However the email arrived to activate my account, and the link in it was flagged by Malwarebytes for Riskware. I didn't want to proceed futher, obviously, so have not been able to use it.
And then I checked out the app on the Play store, and it's got a 1 star rating from all the reviews. So consider that before you give this guy any money.

Incidentally the credit card charge came from a company called NEW DRIVER PROGRAMME LTD - and they are on Trustpilot. The reviews there are a mix of five star reviews eulogising about them, and one star reviews screaming Scam!

Come on Alan Baker and Benjamin Paul Robinson, if you're going to leave fake reviews on your own company, sprinkle in a few less than five star ones, otherwise it makes it so obvious that they're fake.
