This company seemed like a great opportunity to publish my songs on platforms, but recently I have been working for more than 1 year and one of my songs is not being approved and the new songs I have started have passed the release date and I always get late and not positive responses telling me that the workload is too high and we cannot publish any of your future songs with their claim that I am cheating by using other artists' songs and using someone else's rhythms while I send extremely good proofs and they are not approved at all, I have also sent emails to explain that I do not cheat in my songs and OAC work, they have told me that my channel does not meet the requirements when I have achieved everything on the channel just to be verified, simply the support from this company is very poor for any customer.

Everything is very complicated and time-consuming in solving your problems with relatives of your songs, deletion, monetization and many other maintenance issues. It’s very bad that the releases that we create RouteNote deletes them from social networks, YouTube and other resources. I think this is the last time I upload my releases on the RouteNote platform, I will now post them on freshtunes.

But after more than 30 dyas passed and they said: Sorry, your music was not approved because you want to make money with it". What a redicolus answer! they literally erased my music... Sorry to hear this. That certainly doesn't seem like a reason we'd remove a release because ultimately, all artists will want to make money from their music and we wouldn't benefit as a distribution service if royalties weren't generated from music that we distribute.
Please note that we would only remove a release in cases where our Terms and Conditions have been violated. The main circumstances where this might happen would be if the user has fraudulently streamed the music (used bots or similar to get false views and royalties), or if they have been involved with copyright infringement (stolen music or uploaded content without appropriate rights).

This is completely unacceptable. My entire catalog suddenly vanished without a trace. I am absolutely fed up with your service this time around. Have you ever been a musician? We musicians—all of us, worldwide—invest a tremendous amount of time and money into crafting a single track. Yet you simply delete them just like that? Bafflingly, they are still present on Spotify. This streaming service is absolutely TRASH
This streaming service is the absolute worse. Your better off on Bandcamp before you go this route. This was an experiment for me to see how a distribution outlet handles free plans. The site responds slowly. I had to reset my password every single time to log in. They have your songs in review forever to tell you that there are errors to the release that they didn't catch when you submitted them. No artist on any level needs this hassle. They shouldn't even be allowed to have a platform. Their paid plans are horrendous as well.
