It is Route-perfect!
It is Route-perfect. Perfect planning of the route, modifying the route, and finalising to the last detail. Hotel included during planning. What is missed out some times is little difficult navigation to find out different filters during hotel search. All the hotels were very courteous. But a couple of them somehow were booked actually out of the city. Most of the hotels did not water drinking glass in the room. Also was conspicuously missing was tea/coffee maker from some of the hotels. Also, in one hotel, the bathroom was not always clean and there were some flying insects sometimes and also there was inherent bad smell there. Parking was included for me in the hotel and was well honored on site. What is missing from the site is day-planning during the trip, and also the ticket for train/ bus/ ferry etc. I believe the hotel prices were well negotiated.

Firstly, we have made many improvements to the hotel selection filters will be much easier to navigate when our new site design is launched in November. Up until this point, we have tried to compensate for the missing transportation on our site by linking our users to the Rome2Rio transport planning system on our homepage, which is often missed due to not-ideal placement and will be fixed with our new site. Additionally, our local activity slideshow recommendations will be updated, and we will be adding in en-route recommended activities between any two destinations that can make a journey from one destination to the next more exciting! Stay tuned to see all of this when we launch the new site.

Hungary to Croatia - A Balkan experience
We travelled from Budapet to Zagreb and then to Plitvice, Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik and back to Budapest via Zagreb making all our accommodation and travel arrangements as suggested by Route Perfect. The travel went very well and all the accommodation suggestions were excellent value for price. There were no problems along the way and all the reervations worked perfectly - Route Perfect!

Route Perfect is a very professional organisation. I used their service for the first time on my trip to Europe and found their route planning software extremely good. They are very prompt in responding to your request and try their best to solve the problem. Locations of the hotels in all the places are very well connected .
I had a problem with a hotel in Italy because I did not get what I paid for . The hotel management ( B&B Sweet Dreams Inn ) was responsible for it. On complaining about the incident to Route Perfect they investigated and finding my complain to be genuine they compensated me and apologised for the inconvenience. I don't blame Route perfect for this but they should not keep such hotels in their panel. It is going to spoil their reputation.
I shall available their service in my next trip also.

We planned a trip a week out
We planned a trip a week out. I thought the route planning function was great, it optimized the route and made some exceptional recommendations on stops that fit our criteria. We also used the hotel booking function which in theory worked but at the end of the day, the rooms were very overpriced, and with the exception of one out of six, we were very underwhelmed. Problems ranged from AC units not functioning, clogged shower drains, getting shuffled into a different room at 2200 hours, to just not meeting the standard of three star quality (not a super high threshold to meet). At the end of the day, we paid ~$250/night for rooms that should have been 1/2 the price in Europe. Hindsight is 20/20, but when I use RoutePerfect again, I will not book any thing through them...

We certainly understand and can see that you did not get the best deal in this case, however we would like to let you know that there are several ways this can be avoided in the future!
The first possibility for avoiding these unpleasant surprises is to read the user reviews which we offer for any hotel featured on our site. Here, travelers who have most recently been in the hotel share their experiences, so it sheds light on whether the hotel lives up to their online presentation.
Secondly, we have a wide range of discounted hotels in our system, but most hotels have the best deals at certain times and not at others. We have to keep all of the hotels in our system, but you can use our price filter to see which hotels have the best deals at which time. If your trip was overall expensive, it probably means that the selected hotels weren't the best deals we had available, even though they must remain in our system as options.
Additionally, our company has a best price guarantee which means that anytime within a week of booking through us, our clients can compare the prices of the reservations booked through RoutePerfect with that of other sites. If the find all of the same reservations on other sites for a lower total cost, we refund them the difference!
Lastly, we want to apologize on behalf of the hotels which weren't keeping up their advertised facilities such as air conditioning, or maintaining professional interaction with clients during appropriate hours. We know that this is an inconvenience and do not defend any hotel for such mistakes. However it's important to note that in Europe, hotels of a 3-star value or lower are not often checked on and thus have less reliable facilities, which is why their ratings aren't better.
We would love to be of assistance with your future planning to help find the best hotels for the best prices and avoid any unpleasant surprises, so please don't hesitate to ask!
