Amazing service. I ordered shoes and they came on time (it takes a bit but it’s worth it), and they look amazing. They were a bit big in size. I connected their support team and they send me a new pair of shoes and said no need to return the other pair. All done in one day.

I recently bought 2 pair of shoes, Spartans & the Shocks. Unfortunately I ordered the shocks in the wrong size and asked if I could exchange them, at my expense for shipping. Not only did Rovux support get back to me within 24hrs, but they replaced the shoes free of charge. That’s how u do customer service right. These shoes are super cool, I’m so glad I found this company.

This was the best customer experience I have had in a very long time. The shoes are absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable. The pictures don't do them any justice. I'm already looking to get my 3rd pair.

I'm beyond impressed with the customer service of this company! I got a pair of their sneakers as a birthday gift, but needed half a size up. I was pretty bummed about it as I wasn't sure what the exchange policy was. When I emailed customer support to inform them and see what could be done, I received a response right away. They were very communicative and within 24 hours they shipped the new size to me. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future and telling my friends and family to as well.
