Absolutely the worse. They are a SCAM!! Box of chocolate arrived damaged for our wedding anniversary.
Don’t waste your money on them!!

This is the worst flower company in the uk , flowers turn up dead , I sent them pictures three times and had no response ! Emailed them four times no response , they will just take your money and they don’t care about the customer!I will never use this company , and whoever is the managing director should be ashamed for themselves running a business like this !

Got flowers delivered to my Mother for Mother’s Day. I ordered a large bouquet with a chocolate box. They delivered a small bouquet with no chocolate box and most of the flowers were dead. I’ve sent so many email and no reply!! £70 for that. Absolute joke!!!

Bunch of cowboys, my partner looked at there website which looked good enough and testimonials which are rubbish, would rather buy dead flowers, we had to throw them in the bin after paying £70. Once they get your money they don’t bother replying either.

My daughter ordered a bouquet of lilies and scented candle for her mother on Mothering Sunday. The bouquet arrived on the day, well protected and packaged, with an oasis and carefully tied ribbon and my wife was absolutely delighted. Emailed Roxana about the missing candle, a refund was in my bank two days later. I cannot understand all the negative reviews on here, many of them are suspiciously similar however. No hesitation to use them again.

This guys are a bunch of scammers. Avoid them!!

I wish I could add photos to this review. What I ordered and what was delivered were nothing alike. Annoyed I did not read reviews on here before ordering. I know when researching reviews you all always see the negative and I like to give benefit of the doubt, but the negative reviews on here are overwhelming! Lesson learnt I will pay attention going forward. What you receive is nothing like is shown in the pictures you see on the website. Yes the flowers came very well packaged, but most were almost dead on arrival and 2 days later just rubbish. I only ordered on here because it was short notice but will know to go to the local florist next time.

I wouldn't bother, company is awful , what you see isn't what you get and they do not acknowledge any communication

Dead valentines roses for £80. No reply to emails. Terrible service, absolutely atrocious. Complaint to trading standards and will escalate to a small claims court. How dare they. I wish I came across there Trustpilot reviews before purchase. To all else who have been stung, I suggest you take them to court for a refund. Dead, shrivelled flowers. Cheap and tacky.

Terrible….roses arrived and were brown- emailed three times and had no reply. These are scammers taking peoples money for substandard products. Avoid at all costs. The number of 1 star reviews shows this isn’t a one-off incident

Wish i read the reviews… got an email at 21:45 the day before valentine’s day advising that my order has been cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances”.

Still not received a refund or any further info about what happened. wish i could rate them a 0.

I had some concerns about the quality of the bouquet on the delivery day. Today is day 2 and all the red roses are rotten and bouquet looks brown. They have 7 days freshness guarantee... I have sent them an e-mail today, now waiting for reply.
I didn't mention their guarantee in the e-mail on purpose. I want to see if they will mention it on their side.

Not worth the price paid, flowers not fresh , disappointing for Valentines Day

scammers, they take people's money, so as not to deliver their orders, the problem is that they don't even respond to their customers.. not recommended if I can put 0 stars I put them without a doubt

Ordered flowers 2 and half weeks in advance then I get an email at 21:40 last night saying my ordered has been cancelled!

Absolutely shocking

Ordered flowers a week in advance for Valentine’s day paid £60, get an email on the 13th at 9:30PM telling me they’ve canceled my order!!! Awful company

My other half spent £75 on flowers last week for Valentine’s Day today and he received an email late last night to say they had been cancelled with no explanation. The number for them doesn’t work and he was left with no time to make other arrangements. Terrible company, I suggest we all take our claims to trading standards.

Ordered flowers last week for delivery date on Valentines morning, the night before at 8pm I received an order cancellation, absolute shambles of a company and the worst service possible. Gave me no time to make any other arrangements. Very poor and would not recommend anybody buying anything from this company.. because you probably will never receive it.
