Awful company. Valentines day ruined thanks to them. Cancelled my order yesterday evening. Not professional at all and definitely poor stock management. So unreliable. Do not trust this company, especially if you're expecting to receive the order on a particular day!

I honestly wanted to give 0 stars, but shame you can’t. They cancelled my Valentine’s Day order last night 6 hours before Valentine’s Day giving little notice. I would never ever recommend anyone to order from this florist ever. They are a shambles of a company, absolutely dreadful.

Shame you can't give zero stars as that's all they are worth. They canceled my valentines order on Sunday night by email. It is blatantly obvious this company cannt manage itself or its stock levels. Either that or they are advertising items they dint have. No attempt was made to substitute the item with something else. Sadly, I believe this company is running a scam. Look at the number of negative reviews. Do yourself a favor and don't order from these people.

After seeing the reviews I was quite worried that I may have made a mistake ordering these, but my flowers are absolutely beautiful and my partner loves them :-) They came in perfect time!

I ordered flowers for my wife weeks before Valentine’s Day and received an email at 19:45 the day before cancelling my order out of the blue with no explanation. Disgusting service.

This company is a complete joke, I ordered flowers a couple weeks before valentines, I had a confirmation email from them as normal, but after me trying to get in touch with their support email to change my delivery address they never replied, and after getting nothing back I left the delivery change and thought oh well, but then hours before valentines on a late Sunday night they cancel my order for no stated reason at all. This company is far from professional and I would’ve been better going to tesco LOL

Genuinely can't belive the awful condition of my partners roses I ordered for valentines day. Absolutely shocked! Full refund in 7 days otherwise a dispute will be placed on this order. Absolutely shocking.

Wish there is zero star! I ordered flowers for £60 for my old auntie as she just had surgery, delivery stated delivered to resection with poor photo for many boxes above each other! And my aunt lives in house there is no receptiob or flats! Don’t know where the flowers delivered! I contacted customer service and left another message via website! No response! £60 pound gone! And flowers disappeared

I ordered flowers for my sister’s funeral, paid £90 & they were shockingly awful.
The heart shaped wreath on their website is packed with red roses, ours had 6 & you could see the oasis, did not resemble a heart at all!! I have emailed several times including pictures, called & done online chat (which they never connect to) all to no avail. No response to anything. my advice to anyone is avoid these people like the plague, they are an absolute shower. To mess up with my sister’s flowers just added to the heartbreak of the day & is just unforgivable. I will NEVER EVER use these people again!!!!

Ordered with these guys, needed to make a change to order, there location is fake, no response to email and phone line is dead. Have reported them and issued a charge back. Obviously out of business but still taking peoples money?

Ordered 2 sets of flowers and neither have arrived!! Contacted customer service and had no response!

Bought the gold rose in a glass (came upside down and all the beads had fallen out in the box) also bought a candle which had no scent even though it was meant to be (rose garden)

The flowers for my daughters wedding came the day I wanted them, They were really beautiful and made the day very special.

A very BIG thank you!

Was well impressed with the flowers and I got them the next day.
