Helt utrolig rask levering og info hele veien. Even more impressed that this happend between ordering Des 26th and it still arrived 3 days later. Impressed.
The lamp is nice but after installing I noticed the metal top has rust and flaking paint. As it was now installed I am willing to live with it but not very impressed with quality or quality control.

After a bug in their website the order…
After a bug in their website the order was sent twice to me. I did not pick up the second order, but yet I was sent an invoice and charged a fee for not picking up the second package. Customer service though this is fair and was not helpful.
It was a small order so I am not going to argue but I would not order anymore from that website.

There is the ability to return but it is super complicated and they charge you more than for the delivery. Very hopeless customer service.
