Excellent service…

Staff members provided excellent service, the first staff member I spoke to directed me to the correct department and I was dealt with in a way that inspired confidence, and I was able to deal with my issue in one phone call.

Administration slower than expected

Administration slower than expected.
However, everything was looked into and rectified after I completed their complaints form, they also sent me a lovely hamper to apologise.

Excellent customer service

ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT

ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!
Only use this company if you enjoy extreme levels of stress and stratospheric hypertension!
They send you forms with options to cash in your pension you don't have on forms they don't even accept if you did. It then takes them six weeks to send you new forms again with options you don't have on forms they won't accept. It took them FIVE attempts to transfer funds to another provider FIVE attempts! How is it possible for a company to be this utterly useless? They don't call you back, they don't care and they certainly aren't interested in customer relations or looking after customers. You pay into a pension for 24 years but God help you if you want to access your money. An infected and impacted wisdom tooth would be less painful than dealing with Royal Incompetence, sorry: Royal London. If you have a few hours to spare with some valium handy then be my guest..........

Great customer service

It is so nice to be able to speak to actual human beings, after explaining to the customer service advisor my query, they promptly redirected me to the pension beneficiaries team. The gentleman I spoke to was excellent, he was very pleasant and polite, took the time to explain things in detail and more than happy to answer all my questions to ensure I had understood the process and options available to me.
