On 7/18/2025 I attended a wedding at the Royal Palm in Farmingdale NY. Everything was fine until the entrees were served . It was approximately 10 pm when dinner was served . I didn’t touch my plate, i immediately asked the waiter Monique if I could obtain a to go tray so I could go home . Monique said sure but returned and said her supervisor said NO and she’s NOT allowed to . When I spoke to yessia asking her why my request was denied she said very nasty we don’t do that here . So, the $150 plate that’s was paid for that I didn’t eat or touched was denied . I said okay and I wanted to speak with a manager, yessia the supervisor who denied the request was upset because I took a picture of her name tag . Yessia went to the bride on her day to have a conversation with the bride about the to go tray which I deem unprofessional. The manager told me it was against NYS laws to give out a to go tray . NYS law says I can’t take liquor to go but there’s no law against a to go tray .
Yessia is also a Karen because she said I said I’d punch her in her face . I had no knowledge of this so I was baffled . Yessia even went further to discuss this lie with the bride and said she was calling the police.
I never threatened this woman this never happened but what I endured was horrible all over a to go tray .
Those two women should be fired for their unprofessionalism and rude behavior.
