Yeah it defiantly seems to me like most of these negative reviews are from people that don't know how bonuses work.. I would never take a bonus personally, and I don't see why people think its ok to smash the casino because they can't read the small print..

So I gave Royal Reels a run being a new casino slowly and steadily. Had only done 2 deposited had a small collect and made withdrawal alls going well.. next deposit $121 and problems begin.. it never went to my account.. so tried live support and was straight lied to they kept telling me it wasn’t a payID deposit and my bank was doing a direct bank transfer.. you could see clearly on the receipt I provided it was a Asko transfer, which is instant for the minute or two at worst so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 48 hours only for it not to clear then when I tried it again with them, they said already spent it and the next breath they said it was still coming.
