I have just returned from Disneyland Paris with my family and l wish to say that this travel company is incredible. Their services were second to none, everything went amazing. Simon was extremely professional, supportive and helpful throughout Simon got us an amazing family package at such a peak time within a short notice. My wife is a wheelchair user and requires special assistance however, EasyJet, the hotel-compianile and Disneyland both the park and the studios were all well informed about my wife’s condition and everything went smoothly.
My family had an amazing experience and l own this to Simon and Royal Routes. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their services.

I have just booked a family holiday to Disneyland Paris for next year this is the first time I have booked through this travel company I was skeptical but the travel consultant Dexter I was dealing with put me at ease and soon as holiday was paid all the travel flights and tickets was sent over writhing 48 hours thank you for all your help and the million questions I asked I will definitely be booking through you guys again.

Dexter was very patient with searching for deals. He gave me time with reviewing the deals he sent over to me and he put in a lot of effort. We haven’t yet booked but so far the communication has been great.

We have just returned from Disneyland paris after 4 days!
I was hesitant booking through Royal Routes as I had never heard of them before but wow if you are thinking of booking with them do it!
Simon is one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with when booking a holiday he knew how nervous I was I was travelling on my own with my 7 year old son he literally sorted everthing flights, hotel, transfers, park tickets honestly nothing was too much trouble whatsoever he is literally available all the time to help with any questions I had and if he isn’t available someone is on the other end of the phone to help he kept in touch from booking to even the day we were travelling home he gave some great advice about everything. We stayed at the Adagio apart hotels in V”Al De Europe just a 15 minute simple straightforward walk to Disneyland Paris or catch the free shuttle bus which takes 5 minutes if that drops you right outside the parks, the hotel had everything we needed and a lovely swimming pool which was brilliant after 2 days at the parks staff are super helpful we were able to leave our luggage after checkout in a locked up cupboard as we didn’t get picked up until later on for our flight home it’s right near a Huge shopping complex which had everything even a Lidl where you can buy food and cook in the hotel room which has a cooker, fridge/freezer kettle.
So if like me your a bit nervous I would 100% book your break with Royal Routes you won’t be disappointed first class service will definitely be booking out next adventure through this company

Have booked with the company to go to DisneyLand Paris in October.

A little sceptical at the moment as not many reviews but I have received tickets, hotel reservation and flight booking so all looks genuine.
Have booked seats for flight and tickets are now on my Disney app using the codes on tickets given so all looks above board.

I would be interested in seeing reviews from others that have already been on a trip using this company rather than just a booking review!

Hopefully all will be ok and Simon has been great to deal with and took the stress out of booking myself!

What made my experience great was the way I was greeted by the staff the person who delt with my holiday was a lady by the name of Nora who put everything in place for me after I changed my choice so many times due to family and friends pulling out and others taking there place your company should be so proud of Nora who handled this with for me giving me a lot of respect thanks again Nora for your help

Really great experience dealing with Nora, she was very patient with me. I am very busy, but she gave me time and she put a lot of effort into sorting me out without being bothersome.

I was very hesitant booking at first as this company is not so familiar, so did had 2nd thoughts. I brought it up to Nora, but instead of being offended, she was all ears and answered all my questions with no hesitation, pride, honesty, and enthusiasm.

I am excited for our 2nd trip to Disney Paris next year, all thanks to Nora, Thanks Nora for assisting me.

I booked a trip to Disneyland Paris for my son. One of the member of the Company, Ms Nora assist me to find the best deal. She has been very helpful. I will definitely buy deals from this company in future.

Customer service is fantastic,
Simon looked after our every needs, he realised we all have different needs and priorities. Every questions we asked and details we changed was no trouble for him.
