Fantastic customer service. Fantastic company. Had a slight issue with a glass shard inside a decanter. They dealt with it immediately. No messing around. No fuss. No weird policies. Sent me a brand new one and they’re collecting the old one tomorrow. This type of service is unheard of and was really nice to experience. Thank you Royal Scot!

I purchased a vase as a present, but it showed up with a scratch on the glass. I reached out to Royal Scot Crystal via email and received a swift reply. They promptly organized the shipment of a replacement vase and were incredibly supportive throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend them, as their customer service was outstanding. I recently purchased a set of 6 flower of Scotland wine glasses they are superb. They came very promptly and the care and effort of the packing was amazing. Right down to the biodegradable polystyrene. I would recommend this company and the products most highly

I’ve been using this company for a while now and have purchased several glasses from them. My first purchase was from a range I can’t quite remember now. When the glasses arrived, they were slightly smaller than I had expected—although the description clearly stated 23cl. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the quality or styling, but personally, I was hoping for something slightly larger closer to 32cl.

I ended up buying a few different glasses from the same range, but after browsing their website more thoroughly, I eventually found the exact size I was looking for. I contacted the company, and without any hesitation or fuss, they agreed to take my original order back. I placed a new order for the correct range, and my card was credited in full very promptly.

I also contacted customer service about a different matter, and they responded to my email the same day—resolving my query within 10 minutes.

Other companies should take a leaf out of their book. This is exactly how a business should treat its customers. I’m fairly confident I’ll be a lifelong customer for sure.

I see only 5 stars on this company's reviews and also my experience was certainly 5-star-plus! 💖
Needing a wedding gift, I found the brand prominently presented on Amazon but decided to go for 'direct' contact via royalscotcrystal.com because of worries about shipping valuable crystal. My address is not the easiest to find, and couriers are often making a mess of my deliveries.
To my surprise, I got a quick reply even on a Bank Holiday weekend and they took so much extra care to assist! Adjusted to which courier was most likely to follow special instructions that I could send and they passed it on and even printed it off to tape onto the box!

The parcel was received the very next day and the outer box was EXTREMELY well packed with a huge amount of padding* to all 6 sides. The actual giftbox was beautifully gift-wrapped (a free service) with even a little card and ribbon added that I can use to write my own message (they even do that for you if you want to ship to the recipient directly).

I can't unpack it yet as it's a wedding gift and the wrapping is too beautiful to disturb and have a peek, but already know the qualty of Royal Scot Crystal and sure this whiskey set will look great. I was just worried about ordering this kind of thing online.

* Padding: a little note said the padding is safe for the environment and water soluble, But the big white 'curls' look just like the usual polysterene that you nowadays wouldn't want to use in such abundance. So I threw a handful in a bowl of water 😊 and indeed... disappeared in less than a minute!

Order a crystal tumbler for my mother in law's 80th birthday,it arrived on the date stated,and safe in my required safe place.so so happy ,it's beautiful and couldn't be any more excited to see her face.will certainly be ordering again.thankyou royalscotcrystal.

Amazing Products and great customer service. The Crystal is beautiful and durable, when there was a problem with my order I used the Livechat function and thanks to my operator Rachel the problem was sorted very quickly. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely return.

Ordered a set of tumblers with engraving and was hand held throughout by the team. The glasses arrived and were beyond expectation. The birthday gift was well received and will be treasured.

Extremely helpful and attentive customer service when my order got lost in the post. They followed up with me without being prompted and later arranged for the replacement to be sent which was very much appreciated. Will be looking for reasons to use Royal Scot again.

Beautiful cut glass crystal exactly as described and even though I made an error in the ordering they were excellent at finding a solution to my problem and saved the day. Not just a good product, but a company that seems to care that they provide a good service. Thank you so much will definitely use you again.

We placed an order in the late afternoon (Thursday) and by lunchtime on Friday the parcel had arrived. Amazingly quick!
The contents were well packed and undamaged - couldn't ask for more. The items are good quality and quite thick, so hopefully they'll last a lifetime.
