SCAM - AVOID

Ordered a couple of bands from here that I knew were copies of genuine Apple straps, but when they arrived they were of such poor quality and so different from the colours on the website I decided not to keep them. My return was accepted and I sent them off with tracking, which shows them being delivered a few days later. That was two months ago, and I still haven’t received a refund. No response we to several emails chasing this up. Don’t waste your money.

Do not use. Total Scam!! Ordered 3 bands for the Apple ultra watch. Requested an update on order. Was sent an email with tracking information for deliver in 2 separate shipments. Evri app stated delivered to letterbox on 2 different days but nothing received at through my letterbox and incorrect delivery address. Email sent requesting more information but no reply. Requested refund through bank.

Please do NOT purchase from this company.

I wish wish wish I had done research before purchasing what I thought would be a really good quality watch strap from a genuine company.

Instead what I received was a flimsy poor quality watch strap in a jiffy bag, sent clearly from Hong Kong on the posting labels, in a clear thin plastic bag.

It had no paperwork inside the jiffy bag and it was exactly the same as the straps you spend a few pounds on from EBay so much so I ordered one from EBay to compare and it is exactly the same only I paid £4 not £30 (which was by the way reduced from £70)

Horrendous company. Not legit.

Please please do not buy from these con artists. The rubbish you receive is so cheap, please do not use them. I bought three straps for my apple ultra, omg they are dreadful. No communication, they don’t reply. Had to raise a case with visa.

Thief’s , send wrong goods and don’t refund you . Luckly Mastercard gave me a refund concluding they where scammers

Worse ever company to buy from as try to get in touch for over a week but no answer. Just to get missing item from order, ordered an apple strap but came in a see through sealed bag very tatty. Hardly any packaging

Avoid scam total rip-off cheap fake £1 watch straps sent from China do not use

Paid £30 expecting something or reasonable quality- turned out to be something worth no more than 30p, looked like something a child made. Returned it, and 3 months later still haven’t had a refund as they claim they haven’t received it even though it has been delivered according to the tracking. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 2 straps, a month later still not arrived. No response to multiple emails. Looks like a total scam. Avoid at all costs.

Update: straps arrived from china from Wdongming Aliexpress store. Strap cost £1.74 on there. Total scam site selling cheap straps from china at a massive markup. Quality of stitching is poor. Avoid.

Website seemed legit, ordered and to my surprise, parcel has not come for 2 weeks. I go to track it and it says that it was dispatched by ALIEXPRESS!! On Aliexpress, all straps cost £1-£4 and I Payed £20+ WHAT A SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

After reading reviews, just minutes after placing my order (yes I know I should read reviews BEFORE placing an order) I decided, I wasn't going to take the risk with this company as other reviews say about the fake items from this site and the lack of support for returns.
I have sent an email via the email address on their website (hello@royalbands co.uk) and the emails just keep on bouncing back, and no response to my cancellation request via the website contact us form (though it does say it can take up-to 72 hours to respond)

I am however concerned as I have made my cancellation request, but I am concerned that they will deliberately dispatch the order anyway so they dont have to cancel the order, also making it harder for me to claim a refund via paypal without having to pay ridiculous postage to CHINA!

I wouldn't mind paying bit more for something I can buy on eBay for £3.00 if the quality was there, but looking at the reviews, it's just not, so I will be buying from eBay or amazon and avoiding this website like the plague, and from my experience so far, I would advise you do the same if you are thinking of buying from this site!

EDIT! For anyone wanting to contact this companies poor customer service, the email address the auto-responses haver been coming from is support@royalstraps .zendesk .com, so maybe try your like with that address.

I would give a 0 rating if I could. They do not have a returns policy as if you request a return it is automatically rejected. I paid via PayPal and this also didn’t protect me from a faulty item. It has been two months and I still haven’t received a return service or refund. Communication is terrible. Customer service is appalling. Do not purchase from them, you are throwing your money away.

WARNING! This company is selling FAKE Apple products described as genuine merchandise. The products are sent direct from China which takes weeks and are inferior quality fakes. DO NOT waste your time! Avoid like the plague.

Awful experience. Ordered a silicone watch strap to fit Apple Watch which just didn’t fit. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and they have a really difficult returns process which you have to pay for. Will wait and see if I can get my money back. Avoid like the plague.

Received just the small S strap (no way on website to specify what length you need only the watch size) so filled out an online form with photos of what I'd received and explained I needed the M/L strap.

The response was a day or two late but polite and apologetic and confirmed a replacement would be sent out. I duly received the usual tracking e-mail and a M/M strap (same size as Apple M/L) was delivered just over a week later.

Both packages were delivered inside the 15 days the Shipping Policy page advises it can take, which also makes it clear they are shipped from the manufacturer. Both straps are as close as anything I've seen to the OEM Apple straps.

As per the correspondence there seem to be various addresses and company names used but behind them all seems to be a company with a single director that is registered to a flat in London. I'm not sure why there is all this obfuscation as the products I received are what was promised on the website, as was the delivery timescale.

If the website would only give you the option to specify large or small length straps it would probably save a lot of time and hassle and I would have given 4/5 stars.

Really bad experience. Terrible quality straps which are a fraction of the place elsewhere. Difficult returns process and not surprised at all that they claim to never receive my return and therefore I'm nearly £30 out of pocket. I return many things each month and things are never lost so don't believe this for one minute. Avoid

The site itself appears genuine and the stock looks good. I was really excited to order some new straps however was quickly disappointed when I realised it’s not legitimate.

I ordered 2 straps and then realised that I missed the buy 2 get 1 free offer, so quickly emailed them to try and add a third on and never got a response. I then received a text message to say my order has been shipped and it had come from a US phone number with a Royal Mail tracking number (which was fake)

Since ordering weeks ago, I have not yet received any item and had loads of marketing calls from Germany, Ireland and Italy. I have no doubt that they are selling information for marketing. I have raised a dispute with my bank and hoping that something comes of it. Avoid this company at all costs

These people are just con artists. Mine came directly from China in about ten days; not despatched from UK like they promise. Product quality exceptionally poor. The fit of the strap to the Apple Watch is loose and dangerous, the strap is of poor quality compared with Apple original product.
The UK return address is an industrial unit in Southall but the item was despatched direct from an outfit called "Wdongming" in China.
You can achieve the same result if you wish by buying the £3.50/free postage straps on Ebay. I wouldn't recommend it though, its all junk and probably all produced in the same factory.
The producers of fake goods in China are so sloppy that they can't even overcome the basic engineering challenge of producing a strap that mates with the watch as securely as Apple product.
Do I feel like a mug for buying this junk? Yes
Will I learn from the experience? Hell yes.

STILL WAITING
Now after contacting PayPal I have got a refund so at least I have my money back but no watch strap

Save up and get a genuine Apple Strap

Send me wrong item then didn’t give me a refund , be aware in the process of getting refund by Mastercard . THIEFS
