Wish I had read the reviews before!! - absolute scam site! - ordered and paid 4 days ago... the tracking number they give you is FAKE and can't be used.. and there is NO option to contact them.. you complete the form on their website and NO ONE gets back to you... avoid... like the plague!!!

Over priced cheap band, paid £19.95 for silicone sports strap and waited two weeks. I have had better straps much cheaper, I know it’s not Apple BUT I expected much better. Look elsewhere

I purchased a black unity and a silicone solo loop
They took over two weeks to come and to be honest there not worth the money I paid
I know there not genuine apple but they cost a lot more then most fakes and to be honest the quality is poor
EBay sale this Chinese band for around £5 I paid £28 !!!!!
And it’s doesn’t take 14 days to arrive
Avoid I won’t be buying again
I cant understand why there so many good reviews for these bands

I would ask for a refund but after waiting two week and this company needing 72hours just to reply to a email i would pretty much think This is impossible so bare this in mind when ordering

Scam! Avoid! They charged £30 for the strap but never arrived. Customer service is sending fake tracking numbers on Royal Mail, but not real tracking numbers!!

Overpriced Chinese crap (even when you buy on “buy two get one free”) All three packaged separately that ended up coming from china even though they state they are uk based. The bands have a lot of play between the mount and Apple Watch. The woven bands have an even more flimsy mount and are finished very poorly. I have ordered a cheap band from sheen for £2 and it is no better than this so at £30 a go it’s a complete rip off

The delivery timescale was longer than I was led to believe on purchase page, which implied 48 hrs.

On receipt of order confirmation, it was apparent the delivery would be in excess of 2 weeks, So I cancelled within 20 minutes.

and I cancelled again - but was ignored.

I eventually received the strap 4 weeks after the order.

NB The colour (blue) was not deep as shown on website. Whilst I didn't open the packaging, it looked to be a similar quality to much cheaper items from a major online retailer.

The strap was immediately returned, still waiting for refund

AVOID - the straps do not fit the series 7 Apple watches properly. They are loose. I bought three straps in a bulk buy deal. When I realised they didn't fit properly, I submitted a return request via the website which was approved. I returned the straps by Special Delivery (signed for) on 26 April. Despite repeated attempts, I have never received any confirmation of receipt so am now having to try and get a refund via Amex.

I bought a sport loop for an Apple Watch SE. It wasn't awful but one of the catches didn't work properly and the colours didn't look the same as on the site, so I emailed asking how to return it (it doesn't say on their site). They didn't reply. I emailed again, no reply, and again, no reply. I think the company is based in Russia, so that might explain matters, but I'll be asking my bank to get the money back.

Ridiculous customer service. Still waiting on a refund from The middle of March!! They ignore emails and when they do reply is never helpful. Do not buy from here, you’ll be disappointed!

Slow delivery and poor comms
I have just received my watch strap (braided solo loop), more than 3 weeks after ordering. The tracking number didn't work, so I was in the dark as to how long it would take. In fact even now, after delivery, the tracking number still reports an error.
The product seems ok, but I wouldn't recommend based on the delivery experience.

Awful customer service! Returned items via their returns service, using tracked postage so I know it was delivered.
Still no refund and not replying to emails.

I ordered a strap on the 21st of March and requested express delivery, after waiting 4 days I messaged the company who sent me a tracking reference so I could follow the package. I logged on to track the parcel and it said it had been delivered in the 14th of February, now I am no Brian Cox but I am pretty sure that’s not how time works. Funnily enough they are now ignoring my Emails.

NOT UK based! …. This company is same company as SoloLoopstrap …. Who also give the charade they are UK based. THEY ARE NOT! …… I ordered from SoloLoopstrap over two weeks ago and Royal Mail are still awaiting to receive it. AVOID AVOID AVOID ….. this website Royal …. Is exactly a mirror copy of a SoloLoopstrap web page! (Check their reviews on trust Pilot)
I’ve linked the two companies together … to inform everyone
1) they lie about UK presence
2) Shipment takes WEEKS not 48 hrs
3) Customer service is none existent
If your happy to wait weeks for your item to arrive direct from China,poor quality and a none existent customer service ….. then go ahead
To save yourself the headache AVOID!
Those that are savvy …. Notice the fake reviews that suddenly appear Pmsl …and only reviewed this company lol ….. I have pre warned you all
