I first purchased the all black cap from Royle Eleven which fits and looks great. I decided to order the tan cap which came and I wasn’t happy with the fitment. Customer service via Instagram DM made it really easy to receive returns instructions and send back to them. They contacted the supplier to get a reason behind the fitment which was explained and have sent a new cap out which I’m awaiting. Customer service particularly has been 5/5 and couldn’t reccomend the company enough just on this. I will be purchasing again, pleasure to deal with and all made very easy with quality products.
