Don't ask for a rating, except about the ordering process, as soon as they're ordered. Schedule the request for a few days later when there's a reasonable chance that they've been received

Great selection of reading not to be found elsewhere
I thoroughly enjoy your selection of materials for worship and liturgy. I must say, however, I could not navigate the range easily. I like to browse and that wasn’t easy to be honest.

I have two gripes
I have two gripes. First, I had no need nor desire to establish an account, but it seems that was a prerequisite for placing my order. Second, the registration process was challenging in that the links failed to work in several instances with no clue as to what the problem was. I may have ended up with more than one account as a result. One ought to be able to make a purchase as a "guest." 3 stars is probably being generous. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I couldn't remember my password
I couldn't remember my password but in resetting my password I lost the goods in my basket and had to re-enter the books I wanted to order. Once I was actually logged in all was fine.
