It’s a scam company watch out I ordered…

It’s a scam company watch out I ordered and paid today. Didn’t get an email of order confirmation. I tried to contact them. It was very hard but at the end with WhatsApp, they told me they didn’t receive the order. I showed him the evidence of payment of the bank, and then it’s transferred to their PayPal account Marco Reak Now the blocked mind, WhatsApp conversation, I will contact PayPal and make a case

Shipped damaged floor mats, refused to fix the issue

Ordered a set of floor mats from the website, the product bag was torn and one of the floor mats was noticeably damaged. The shipping box was fine, clearly it was already damaged before the packing. When I reached out to support they refused to accept the responsibility and were trying to convince me they checked the product before shipping and that it's impossible to be their error. They refused to send the replacement or pay for the return shipping.

Disappointing service.
