Disappointed with the Quality and Condition of Premium Watch
I recently purchased the Petronas E63 Gyro watch from RS Chrono, expecting a high-quality product, especially given the premium branding and pricing. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing and concerning.
Upon delivery, I was shocked to discover that the watch was damaged right out of the box. The second needle was dislodged, noticeable scratches marred the face, and to make matters worse, the watch was completely non-functional. This level of quality is unacceptable for a product marketed as "premium."
I have reached out to RS Chrono for a full refund and am currently awaiting their response. It's disheartening to receive a product in such a state, and it has significantly shaken my trust in their quality assurance and product reliability.
Good Customer Service.
Watches are great, I am using and as well gifted to my nephew. I placed an order of 5 watches and requested 2 to be returned . They sent the details of shipment return. I sent via DHL but DHL didn't deliver and details I sent to customer service team of RS Chrono. Due to holiday period of December there was a delay. But Customer Service responded back and refunded return orders.

Their customer service is so bad. Like you can email, msg on insta, facebook, TikTok, nothing. They got back to me about an issue with my order that was supposed to have been shipped days ago with the same automated reply to every one of my emails, but separately. Still in the process of trying to cancel my order and it’s been abt a week of me trying.
Edit: Okay so my order was successfully cancelled and I received a reply less than a day after I posted the original review. I am only updating because they are asking me to take it down as “my concern has been resolved” (after I had written this review of course). If anyone else is having customer service issues they’ll get back to you if you put up an honest review about it. And this review genuinely is not put up to take a dig at them; their watches seem great. I just personally wouldn’t order again because I don’t like to deal with uncertainty in these sorts of situations, which I’m sure is common in smaller, newer companies.

We received a watch great. The second hand literally just fell off within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
Despite numerous attempts to contact the company (i literally emailed every address available on the website) I have received no contact, response or help to fix or address my issue.
They are non responsive, and do not uphold their own warranty policy.

Being in love with cars, the wheel watches caught my interest for a very long time. Especially RS Chrono watches. And the wheel spins too. Even though there are other wheel watches, RS Chrono was the first website I visited, so it became my go-to window-shopping website.
Then they released a limited edition performante watch, which represents the wheel of a lamborghini performante. Since I'm a car lover AND a lamborghini lover, I had to get this watch. Whatever it takes.
So I made my first purchase. I put in my order for the performante watch, an extra wristband, shipping protection, and an extended 5 year warranty. Sounds great, right? Couldn't wait to get my hands on this watch that shows off my favorite exotic car's wheel!
They sent me a tracking number for the package. I waited. Everyday I checked the tracking of my package. Still waiting. A few weeks had gone by. Still waiting. Waiting... more waiting... Eventually, 2 months had gone by, and they did not respond to my emails at all to tell me why its extremely delayed. I felt like I was willingly scammed and lost over 200 dollars.
So I did my research. Lots of bad reviews of this company. Not good. And they use 4PX as their shipping company, which Google says is "permanently closed". Definitely not good.
Filled with disappointment, I emailed them requesting for a full refund, several times, even though I knew they wouldn't reply or care. I just wanted to annoy them like how they annoyed me.
Then someone named Tom, the owner of RS Chrono contacted me through their business email. He said he promised me he'll give me the full refund, but also asked me to remove my 1 star review on TrustPilot.
But in all honesty, I still wanted that watch, and I kinda wanted to test Tom to see if he was really sincere about his apologies from his email after 2 months of failure of shipping and several requests for a refund. So I gave him two options. He can give me the full refund, or resend the package again.
He took the latter option, because he sent me another tracking number for the same thing I originally ordered. Again, I checked everyday to see if the package moved at all. Within a week, my package came. Finally.
First off, the watch IS beautiful. I'm in love with it. Just to keep it clean, I'm keeping it secured in a box so I can only wear it on special occasions and feel fancy. The wheel also does spin. And it doesn't look "plastic-y" because it all looks metallic. The hands are all working too. It's amazing. I'm definitely happy with the watch.
Secondly, RS Chrono indeed did fail on customer support. No email responses, no refunds, and no movement on the shipping tracking system for 2 whole months.
But this Tom guy does seem genuine, seeing how he personally emailed me(and a few others when he responded to me unless I'm mistaken) and resent a new package, and somehow completed shipping within a week. My opinion is if RS Chrono relocated somehow to a place that has an address, redid their whole customer support systems, and stopped using any Chinese companies to do the work for them, RS Chrono would be the most best wheel watch company in the world. IF they somehow did a few changes.
So my conclusion on my review? The wheel watch is excellent and amazing. It makes you feel special. But its a gamble on their shipping and quality control.
Needless to say, I probably won't be making another purchase on ANY wheel watch websites. But if RS Chrono somehow make major changes and restructure the whole company to be more trustable, I may definitely make another purchase.

Never again this website! Lesson learned!
My 14 years old boy saved money for many months to buy a watch on that website and it stopped working normally after 3 weeks. It started to make a cling-cling sound every time he made a movement with his wrist. He noticed that the spinning disc inside the watch stopped spinning normally and started to swerve a bit too much causing it to rub against the brake clipper. The watches also started to stop saying the right time throughout the day.
We wrote several emails but no answer...

My son received this as a birthday present. Watch broke the first wear.
The warranty email address bounces back as “does not exist”. No reply when I reach out to the company.
So much for the warranty and 30 day return period.

A piece of junk
A cool looking watch, but unfortunely a piece of junk. My son bought one some months ago.
-It has never shown the right time. Probably just bad batteries, but it should be delivered with fresh ones.
-I don't think it is waterproof?
-the paint has fallen off from several places on the Steel strap.
-the seconds hand is already loose, hangs downs and does not move.
So, in conclusion, the worst quality.

Missing package and no additional support
Recently bought the limited edition Performante Gyro watch, says delivered a week ago but package is still missing. Multiple emails to the contact info given still no response. I’ve bought from them before and it turned out pretty okay, but now I’m down 100 bucks and no watch. Crappiest support team I’ve ever seen a legit company have.
