Excellent customer service, my first order was lost and they sent one right away.
This is my second watch purchase and I am very pleased once again.

The products are perfect ! There was y mistake with the bracelet when I receive it and they send me a new one immediately ! The watch is very beautiful and it’s high quality I’m very very happy, thank you !

Good looking and worth it

Bought a watch not even 30 days old the second hand fell off. Waiting for a resolution. Just want a refund as this was a gift and don’t want another watch that will fall apart

I seriously suggest not to buy anything from this company.
I have read so many reviews, watched videos and done a whole lot other things, but there's been nothing that could make me trust this company.
I ordered my watch on 29th April, 2024, and it is one of the biggest mistakes and losses of my life. My Order Number is RS#22965.
The way this company is advertising and trying to look so good, providing high quality products and legit, it's not what it seems like.

I asked the person on the customer care side to simply cancel the order, give me my refund and end this thing right there, but they replied after it was shipped, like really?! Now, they are saying that I need to wait until my order comes and then return it. You thing I am MAD or Something?!

I have seen people who pay for your watch, pay the customs, pay for returning the product and in the end, they just don't give you the refund. Also, the quality is bad and people say that it's worse than 10$ watches with the exact same thing on Temu.

They will probably reply to this review, stating how much they care about their customers, but they're just scamming people, I even mailed them regarding the refund.

I don't mind taking the watch without any customs, but paying for the watch + customs, bro I could've got something better on the market from a company which is atleast trustworthy. Please, don't ignore this review, I will also be uploading a Youtube video regarding this company soon, You asked for it and now you'll get it.

But, please don't buy anything from this company.

Bought a watch for my son. Nice watch but unfortunately there was a small defect with it. I reported this to the company and they resolved the issue. I am very happy with their customer service and my son is very happy with his watch.

Got the watch yesterday, had all the necessary tools and watch. In retrospect I should’ve done a background check but I didnt get scammed so far. The spinning is really nice despite the rattling noise it sometimes makes. It tells the time and overall feels nice on my wrist.
The delivery time did take longer than expected at 11 days but nonetheless so far a good buy, will update in case of any issues

I bought this watch for my son's B day. The one we got stopped working in 3 days (hence the lack of the fifth star). It was obvious that the watch hands were slightly bent and hence eventually they clashed with each other and prevented the watch from working. I contacted Customer Service and their response was super quick! They were very understanding and sent an expedited replacement watch which was received very quickly. I have to say that their customer service deserves 6 stars! My son is really happy with the watch which works perfectly.

I love the watch, It keeps time like you wouldn't believe and they weren't kidding when they said it was scratch resistant, I have bumped it into plenty of rough objects, and it still looks like the day I got it.

The level of customer service continues to be rock bottom!

Following my last review RS Chrono may contact, and agreed to send out a replacement strap which was received 10 days later. This has not fixed the issue and I reported this back to RS Chrono on the 26th Feb,. Apart from two automated response, one asking for a video of the problem, I have so far, as of 9th March heard nothing back from them. At this rate we may get this sorted in time for Christmas 2024!

I got my watch,it delays around 20 days but the Tom give me the correct mails at the time i don't have any hope for getting this item but i got it, this watch quality is very good and spinning too fast it is very worth at that prize, Thankyou

Such an amazing piece of art it is one of the most amazing things to have especially for car enthusiasts

Their giveaways are completely fake and the did not given a single watch in giveaway it just an marketing gimic

Just received my watch and it is amazing, good quality and good straps. But I have a major problem, changing the straps is absolutely impossible, It is so hard especially because they don’t have quick press change. Moreover, the delivery was 1 week late, but that doesn’t bother me because of the good quality of the watch

When i got my watch it was so cool. I love the wheel spinning. Only sometimes its kinda diffucult to make it spin but overall the best watch ever!

RS Chrono customer support helped me very well when an issue occur. Communication via email was very professional. Received a replacement watch after investigation was finished. Now enjoying a nice watch.
