RS Connect Refit when changing vehicle.

RS Connect fitted my Nextbase cameras 3 years ago on 2 cars.
Having changed one vehicle I contacted them to refit the camera to the new vehicle.
Very prompt response to my email request. Appointment made, payment made and an appointment booked very quickly.
Kept fully informed on the day as to arrival.
Ryan completed the refit in around 30 minutes.
Highly recommend RS Connect.

Excellent !

Excellent !! The engineer was extremely polite and has done an excellent job as well as the install also explaining the workings of the camera’s etc.
I would highly recommend this company and its engineer James.

Recommended for DashCam fitting

The person was professional. Knew the technicalities and his job well. Was professional and well-mannered.
Did a good job of installing the camera.
The only caveat: RS Connect does not provide advance notice, which essentially means dedicating half a day to a 1-hour job. They should allocate slots at the time of booking so that we can manage other things.

Mechanic great - Booking poor

Mechanic was great with the installation and quickness into installing it. However. This has been overshadowed by the failed first booking attendance where I still have not had a response, as I lost a day's work to be at home for the installation. I had to chase for an update and the excuse was not really my concern nor was a back up mechanic arranged. I'm still waiting for a response

I am very grateful to the original…

I am very grateful to the original fitter who noticed an electrical fault so recommended I sort that ahead of installation of the camera. Then very kindly they wavered the rebooking fee. Second fitter I feel was having a bad day. He was frustrated that the app struggled to connect and suggested it was my fault - I suggested he leave it with me to contact Halo customer services and it was sorted. Like I say he was probably just having a bad day. Your service was very convenient and I found it easy to book.

Really good service from first call to arrange to have my Scorpion Track system transferred to my new vehicle.
Technician arrived on time and was very helpful and clean. You would not know my vehicle had been touched

Fast Efficient Professional Service

Great service - called and emailed before being called by fitter - so you have a clear idea of arrival etc. Fitted dash cam front and rear in an hour - really tidy professional job. Was given a great run through of the system and via the App. Will definitely use this company again!

Joel rescued the day.

Unfortunately the first appointment with RS Connect was cancelled after a morning waiting in with no notice or I'd give a five. However Joel gets a six. He arrived 8AM prompt. Gave me some excellent advice the RAC should take note of. Waited for a solution, then did a first class job of fitting. Very personable and efficient young man. I'd definitely use RSC again, but their office needs a little procedure audit.
