The customer service
The customer service, prompt follow-up, clear instructions and constant communication with each step of the renewal process was phenomenal! Initially I was semi-stressed about not being able to have my passport renewed and back in time for my travel, and not only was it back to me in time, but well ahead of the identified time I was provided in the beginning of the process. This process was very streamlined and easy to execute from the online self-service portion of completing the form, to the verification process with the representative, to sending all required documentation, to acknowledgments and status updates, I was very impressed! While I don’t recommend waiting to the last minute as I did to get your passport renewed, if you find yourself in this position you can count on them to get the job done!!

A great service, very easy and they help you and fully communicate with you during the entire process. Get together what they require, FedEx it to them and they do everything for you. Sharlett was fantastic and super easy to work with, she called, messaged and emailed updates and all my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. The whole process took 1 week and my passport was at my door. 👍👍👏👏

Received a text message the next morning confirming they received our application. Sharlett was amazing and walked us through the process every step of the way. She eased my anxiety and kept us updated. She truly was a godsend with our ignorance to not pay attention to our passport expiration date.
The only feedback would be to somehow confirm this is is not a scam. I don't know what that would be some other additional security measures.
