I own a golf R stage 3 with an rts 5 paddle clutch kit and it’s fantastic. Would recommend rts to anyone for an upgrade on clutches. I have recently required another rts thrust bearing only because I am having an upgrade on my crank shaft. Thank you RTS for good product & Service

Clutch kit was purchased on the 22-08-24. Recieved wrong kit and little to no corespondence has been made by the company to replace it even though the new clutch has been sent back. I suspect they buy the parts from china but the person processing the orders which I will not name as of yet is adamant they manufacture the parts on site. Still waiting for the new kit till this day… 400+ quid down. Avoid if you don’t wanna loose any money. Judging by other reviews I’m not the first…

If I could give this company a negative 5 stars I would. I ordered my transmission on 6/17/24. They told me it would be 5-10 business days to receive. The 10th business day should've been 7/1/24. The mechanic didn't receive it until 7/10/24. My mechanic calls, and tells me they sent the WRONG TRANSMISSION! They were notified on 7/12/24 that they sent the incorrect transmission. They said they sent the correct one, I sent pics and proof and they stopped answering my calls. I didn’t receive a call back from them until I filled a BBB complaint. I paid over 2K and have had to rent a car this entire time. RTS finally delivered the correct transmission on 8/27/24 71 days after purchase and 46 days after they were advised that they sent the wrong one. I'm LIVID! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I have been calling and sending emails for the past 2 months about a clutch and a flywheel for my mazda mx-5 that i paid the 26 May 2024 and every time we get in contact, these guys just straight up lie to me. I got 4 differents dates of shipping throught those 2 months.

I've been more than patient, i've even said that i can understand if they have issues with my order but they kept on lying. Im pretty sure my clutch and flywheel does not even exists.

So now that im just over it, i tried to ask for a refund and they keep dodging me, not replying.

I do not recommend this company at ALL and i will make sure everyone i know in the car community in France does not ever buy from RTS Performance.

They kept telling me they had been dispatched. Then blamed staff being off and then said they will be dispatched.

Quick response time and very helpful.

Avoid this company!!!!
Absolute joke of a company and haven’t a clue how to run a business.. 6 weeks on and I’m still waiting on a refund that I keep getting told has been processed and it HASNT!!
small claims court is next as I’m sick fed you calling to be told lie after lie!!!

Wanted to cancel an item as I wasn’t sure I t was correct one.
Was told sorry it’s been dispatched already.
Then replied asking if it was the correct item to which I have still not had answer.

3 days later I rang up about it only to be told it’s being dispatched the following day.

Allowed me to pick up from location as it was very close to me. Friendly staff.

Great service from Steve, helped me get the part in time to having it fitted. The clutch fitted has only just finished the 700mile bedding in and i can not recommend this enough. Feels like OEM but has the uprated friction material.

Great customer service, called me to make sure i was ordering the correct clutch and flywheel kit for my car and arrived within 3 working days (not including the weekend)

I am buying a lot online and it was the worst experience which I had with this company. They sent wrong item. I have ordered an item which was supposed to fit golf r, but I received a part of a different car. They booked a collection for a refund but haven't let me know the time. I have been at home all day but nobody knocked to my door. I haven't received any email with confirmation of collection day and time or reference. I have asked for re-arrange collection (which is free) but they said that I have to return it on my cost now! Awful service!

Buyers beware , if they give you a choice of prices, they claim the one that’s more costly is the better one. It’s a sale pitch. None of them are inspected. I wish I would’ve went on the reviews before I purchased however, I went against my better judgment and surrendered $1600 to these thieves. Let me tell you about my story.
If your transmission brakes and you would like another broken transmission these are the people for that .They tell you they will refund you the $1600 on the telephone and send you an email as for a refund you reply yes and claim we settled for $400 and told me to sell the broken transmission that they sent me so now I have two problems two broken transmissions and I was out $1200 from these people and lets not forget the Mechanics fee of $1500 to install the broken transmission at this rate. I highly recommend you do a dealer it would turn out to be cheaper I reported them to Better Business Bureau. My next step is in the attorney now because these people claim to be helpful on it cost you more money and grief and less never forget the time that it took and my daughters car is still broke with $3000 invested, how do they sleep at night as I would like to know
