Great Service from the outset to delivering Excellent Company Highly Recommended

Do not deal with these guys.

They sent me what was obviously a damaged return as a “new item” and when I realised it was damaged 2 weeks later when I opened the box (holidays and other stuff happening ) they refuse to take the return.

I won’t be dealing with them again and suggest you don’t either.

I ordered a wet room showerscreen on the Wednesday, got a delivery day on Thursday, delivered on Fri at 9am, very nice freindly driver who put it into the home, it was very well packaged with nothing missing and good instructions.
It took me 3 hours to fit, (68yr old) and everything went well, a good quality product at a fair price compared to other companies.
Very pleased with the communication with the staff too, always helpful, the phone line can get busy at times but I think that's a sign that they are popular.
