Ruby is generally good at what they do

Ruby is very good at what they do. I'm very glad I switched over to their services. My only "beef" is with a minor lack of transparency. Since Ruby charges per minute once you exceed your plan's alloted time, I find myself wondering why a call that's ostensibly forwarded to voicemail takes 7 minutes of receptionist time... and then, there's no voicemail message left. Receptionists need to be trained a bit better to document WHY the calls are lasting so long...

Excellent Solution

This system was very easy to get up and running and it works great. Funny thing is, people just don't call as much. But, we really needed a business line and this has been the perfect solution.

Customer feedback is important for us to grow and evolve our processes and we appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your experience. After looking into your account, we found that during a call with members of the Ruby and Grasshopper teams, there was agreement to move forward with downgrading your plan and to keep Ruby for weekend call support. Grasshopper downgraded your plan size, as well as your requested call forwarding adjustments, all of which was confirmed with you via a follow up email.

Outstanding Customer Service

Ruby has consistently delivered the best customer service I've ever experienced! I have tried two other answering services but they don't come close to the quality of service at Ruby. My customers often give me compliments on my receptionist!

Ruby solved our reception needs

Ruby has solved our reception needs. We've traditionally done it in house, but it was a huge time suck for our employees that created significant time management issues. Ruby's receptionists fit the bill. They are kind, respectful, and no one has any idea that those individuals aren't here with us in Louisville!
