Only giving 1star as won’t allow 0 as an option.Certainly not Irish company, how ridiculous I was to order a€39.99 dress that took over 2 wks to arrive but id of got better from shein for €5. I hope people are cleverer than me & check here first before purchasing anything from this false cheap material based company.

I ordered a pair of what was advertised as Clark’s sandals - what I received were a poor quality pair of sandals and definitely not Clarks.
This company is NOT Irish and goods are of a poor quality and totally overpriced. I was also charged for delivery but web site said delivery was free.
Advertising under false pretences.

If there was a minus rating I would have put it up, big regrets not checking Trustpilot first!! Horrific 'clothing' wouldn't even give this stuff to charity as I would be embarressed. Total con of what is shown on the webpage. I got what was supposed to be a wollen type jacket its 100% polyester and a pair of boots that are total plastic my wellington boots have less plastic!!
Please ladies don't be fooled by this page and keep your hard earned cash for real decent clothing!!

This is not an Irish supplier. Their product are poor quality from outside of Ireland without tags or labels. They do not process returns but offer replacement items.

Total scam - sadly I didn’t read the reviews before ordering from this very believable website. Shop in china rather than Kerry. No goods received and can’t get through or get a response from anyone.

Total scam…..not a shop from Kerry, shop from Asia, cannot cancel once ordered even though nothing had shipped. Avoided questions like asking for a phone number to speak with someone…..all a big scam, more fool me but hopefully helps someone else getting caught out. Do not buy from this site!!!

Stay clear!!! Ordered a "beautiful" dress as I thought this was based in my home town tralee! 3 weeks it took to arrive. It came from China. Quality is shocking! Im now down 50euro and no dress! I really wish I checked these reviews before purchasing.

This blazer looked nothing like what I expected. The stitching is rough, unfinished, and already coming loose. The fabric feels cheap, thin, and flimsy – definitely not what was advertised. The label just says “L” and there’s no proper branding or care instructions. It honestly looks like something thrown together with no care. It arrived wrinkled, badly sewn, and feels like it won’t survive a single wash. I wouldn’t even wear it around the house.

It’s clearly mass-produced at the lowest quality, labeled China, and it shows. I feel totally misled and ripped off. Don’t waste your money!!

My mam ordered orthopaedic bunion corrector sandals €39.95. Then was on Temu and seen the exact same pair for €6. Robbery. Could not return or get money back as guaranteed on their site. Does not seem like a legit Kerry company

Total Scam of a website, I ordered a dress on the 16th July still no sign of delivery & the emails I'm receiving are just unbelievably stupid about the arrival of my order, Shop is definitely not located in the shopping centre in kerry/tralee as stated on the website, I now accept that i have been scammed & hope other people will check reviews for this fake shop before the buy

Only giving one star as zero isn't an option. This is not an Irish company as its website suggests. The products are mass-produced, low-quality, Chinese imports. At least TEMU and the likes openly represent themselves as Chinese companies, rather than impersonating Irish companies. I naively purchased a pair of shoes from them thinking that I was supporting a small Irish business, when I contacted the online help function to query whether it was an Irish company, alongside asking them to cancel the order and issue an immediate refund, I received an AI-generated response about delivery times (addressing a question that I hadn't asked!). When I pointed out the fact they were misrepresenting themselves as an Irish company, they opted to lie to me and say they didn't - if you take a look at their website, it's plain to see the reference to being an Irish company based in Manor West in Tralee - doesn't exist.

The shoes finally arrived today (25 July) having been ordered on 9 July, they truly look like a child's art project gone wrong. Utterly disgusted that I was caught out by this scam, but hopefully others will see these reviews and save themsleves the pain and cost.

Total scam orderes 3 dresses and got charged twice. And never received any of them stay way from them
