Ordered some wide fit shoes for my sons wedding, I was a bit dubious in case they wouldn't fit, omg they are so comfy, will definitely be ordering more.

Shoes are fabulous, but delivery was later than stated. I think this was due to the delivery company and not Ruby Shoo

I love the design of the shoes, from ordering, to paying, to receiving my delivery. It was seamless and efficient. Absolutely wonderful experience. And the shoes! They’re so beautiful!

I was a tad disappointed that they took so long to arrive and customer service wasn’t great , she did explain her partner had to deal with a family emergency, I understand but it is a business and it might be an idea to hire someone temporarily to help in the future . Over all I’m just ecstatic to have another pair of ruby shoos

Amended review.
I have now received my refund.

Due to the frustration of the returns process I will no longer purchase directly from the company.
In future I will buy through Amazon knowing I'm guaranteed a swift return of goods.

The shoes are beautiful and I have several pairs.
Half sizes would be a welcome addition.

The shoes were supposed to be wide fit but they were no wider than a standard fit in my opinion.

Customer service and the returns process is slow and frustrating.

Easy to order. Shoes arrived/delivered within a few days. The shoes are comfortable with a padded insole and look fabulous

Ordered my usual size 5 but in this brand they were too small. Immediately ordered size 6 and once I'd received and decided which were the best fit, requested a return. Had to wait over a week for a reply. Returned them and then had to wait more than another week after they'd received them back for a refund. Their website says they use Royal Mail but they don't. It's EVRI! It seems that a one woman operation has taken over the brand which went bust. She's not going to succeed unless she employs more staff and speeds up her processes because that's how modern online shopping operates.

Very poor customer service. I ordered the wrong size and despite repeated attempts to contact customer services, no response. I'm now stuck with shoes I cannot wear.

Edit: after seeing my review on here did the owner get in touch and finally refund me after the return.
Then has since emailed asking for the review to be changed.
My advice to any others in the same predicament would be to leave a bad review. She’ll be in touch after that.

Lovely shoes especially as I have wide fitting feet! Also ordered more than one pair to try with an outfit for a wedding and was able to return the ones that didn’t go free of charge which was great

I ordered a clutch and some size 4 shoes. They are absolutely beautiful, but the shoes were too small. I immediately ordered the 5s, and set about returning the 4s. I had a problem with the returns portal, and contacted customer services via two different email addresses, phone and Facebook messenger, but received no reponse. In the end, I paid for the return to be couriered, as we were approaching the 30 day deadline. It's now being over a week since then, and despite another email and FB message, I've not received a refund or heard anything. It's like the brand are ghosting me! But I returned the 4s in good faith and made every effort to speak to someone. The 5s and the clutch I have are stunning and I am keeping them, so it's only the non-existent customer service/lack of refund that's preventing a good review, which is a real shame.
