I love them !!! These shoes are very beautiful heels AND comfortable and don’t budge. It was very hard to choose only one pair but I have no regrets.

The website was easy, the ordering and delivery etc was all good, it would be 5 stars as the shoes are the most stunning brogues I’ve ever seen, but they are extremely tight, I have normal size 5 feet in every brand and style, and my feet look like overstuffed sausages when I managed to get them on, painfully tight, will be trying a chunky R/S loafer instead 🥰

Beautiful shoes. Comfy too, even with going for heels higher than my normal. Easy straight forward delivery.

I own 39 pair of Ruby Shoos. I bought my first pair while living in the UK when my husband was in the military I became addicted.They are very comfortable and I continually receive compliments about their uniqueness and how beautiful they are. I love that I can match whatever I’m wearing to such a great pair of shoes I own heels I own flats I own boots. I love them all I see complaints about shipping times and customer support but I wonder if these people really know that this is not a big corporation. It’s a Mom and pop shop and sometimes probably will take a little bit longer. I’ve always been satisfied with the reasonable amount of time that any email traffic is responded to me. My favorite two days of the year is when the spring summer collection comes out and when the fall winter collection comes out, I look forward to seeing new exciting colors and designs. Thank you Ruby Shoo for making such amazing products.

My new Valerie's arrived today and all I can say is wow! The wait was worth it. They are perfect, and believe me. I scrutinised them very closely. I also purchased the matching bag and that too, is perfect. Now to get saving to but the next pair in my wish list!

I bought some wonderful festive shoes from the company Rubyshoo.The website had a huge selection of shoes, the quality was incredible, and the manager was so attentive to me, helped me with the size and picked up an evening bag to match my pair of shoes. I feel like a queen in these shoes.
