Relatively fast delivery for a non EU shipping and happy that the Dutch shipping counterpart was Post NL. Customs was handled perfectly, the only thing for me to do in this matter was to pay the Customs fee. Everything else was taken care of by Post NL.
No more hesitation for me to order with Ruby Shoo in the UK, should the desired products not be available on the Dutch market anymore. As for the ordered Ruby Shoo products, super happy with them and the to me already known splendid quality and finish.

On time delivery, parcel well wrapped and of course the boots are glorious. Beautiful colour and texture, perfect for an early autumn wedding. I’m a size 5 but always go up a size with Ruby’s as my feet are wider than average.

I have tried many different brands of shoes for my wedding including irregular shoes but none were comfortable or the right size that I have.
I bought Peyton Ruby shoe white and silver and yes they fit! I had a Cinderella moment. So comfortable and true to size ,unlike the others I have tried. Thankyou so so much for Ruby shoo to find my perfect pair ❤️

Bought a pair of the electra for my wedding, they are beautiful! Way nicer in person than online, really comfortable and I love the heel position! The detail in them is absolutely stunning! Couldn’t recommend highly enough, really fast delivery and great communication from purchase to delivery, arrived packaged well in a beautiful box

Easy ordering, great shoes, went back online to buy the matching bag to go with them.

The shipment isn’t complete, items are missing. Sent an email and no response. My next recourse will be to dispute the charges but really prefer to just receive the shoes!

I buy Ruby Shoo because I like the designs. It would be great if a wider fitting was available.

I love Ruby Shoos, this is far from my first pair. The quality is outstanding, the comfort is just lovely, I can do a whole day in these. I bought some and wore them for my wedding, but I’ve worn them many times since. I have more pairs in more colours and styles, and I wear them all. The heels are deceiving, they look higher than they are, which helps toward the all day wear, and they are beautiful. I’m obsessed.

Very good service, my shoes arrived on time and safely. However, whilst very pretty, they’re not great quality or very comfortable. I will still wear them but might not buy any more Ruby Shoos. I’m sorry 😔

First pair well presented and packaged. 2nd pair ordered not so good and not impressed.

I love Ruby Shoo products. I ordered a handbag but unfortunately the wrong one was sent but, the return was very straight forward and the correct one re-sent very quickly.

The heels are so comfy, really cushioned underfoot and nice and wide, I wish they were in a variety of colours...

I ordered shoes for an event, my first time ordering from Ruby Shoo. I ordered a week before because I had been struggling to find something so no it was admittedly last minute for me to be looking.
I was reassured by the 48hr tracked shipping. I ordered on a Saturday. On Monday I got notice the order had been shipped.
I used the royal mail number to track the item but the message was "we will not update this order until we attempt to deliver it"
By Thursday nothing had arrived. I emailed asking for an update and got no reply until Friday. I had already left for my event by this point. The email very simply Stated they could see the parcel arrived yesterday. But it definitely didn't arrive on the Thursday. I got no notification that it arrived either.
Perhaps royal mail is the bigger problem in this instance but ruby shoo customer service weren't particularly helpful.

Would not give a star but not an option.
Have purchased previously without any problems but this time my order has not arrived.
Received an e-mail on 02 March informing goods were on their way but still waiting.
Two unanswered e-mails and several unanswered calls to the phone number provided.
It’s a shame the customer service does not live up to the product.
