Good product but poor customer care service

I ordered international tracked delivery but no tracking code was provided.
I tried to contact them several times without reply until several days passed. They committed to provide the tracking code but no later reply.
Finally the order arrived but as per lack of the tracking code I wasn’t able to manage the custom clearance by myself and I got charged by the delivery company this paperwork.
Regarding the shirt it fulfilled my expectations. Very good quality. Satisfied with the product but in terms of customer management it should be improved

Ordered a junior club shirt mystery box…

Ordered a junior club shirt mystery box on 23rd April and still not received it and no communication as to why there is a delay. Despite emails and messages on Tik Tok to them asking where it is we have had no replies. Terrible customer service. There does not appear to be a phone number to contact them in either.

Order not arrived

Placed an order on the 20th November. Delivery was 7-10 days and I still don’t have a top. Customer service is shocking. I’m constantly chasing them up on issue. Promised delivery for Christmas but still no shipping email. Then told on Monday they would post again and would get tracking information that night. Still no email. Ignoring my emails and still no top. I will have a very upset child on my hands. Still waiting!

Great Experience

Ordered some bits from these guys, which unfortunately didn’t fit. Great support from Si at customer services who sorted a refund and despatched new items the same day. Great experience, thanks Rugby Box!

Easy ordering and delivery

Great experience with Rugby box - I ordered something that was out of stock just about everywhere else. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be - can't ask for anything else!

Started off great as I ordered two…

Started off great as I ordered two rugby shirts and over an hour later ordered a third. When I got in contact to ask if the second order could join the first from a delivery fee perspective it was too late but Rugby Box refunded delivery charge, great customer service.
When the shirts arrived two were not in original/any packaging. Disappointing as they were to be gifts for my sons. If I had been advised that these were returns or ex display then I could have made a decision. More transparency required, poor customer service.

Promot service.

Had to return an item. Explained reason for return and was given a return label straightaway. No issues, and you responded promptly.
