Easy to purchase, easy to pick up, quick and simple to use, put our 6 year old carpet back to new… very pleased

Machine worked brilliant and quick.
Took a minute or so to workout how to use it and I did watch the videos, which helped a lot.
Intending on hiring it again

Rug doctor machine was dusty and dirty. I had to clean it before using it. Should be kept in better condition. However, functioned well and cleaned well.

Easy to order online. Pick up very straight forward from local Tesco store. Easy instructions.

Very easy to book rug doctor.just one problem when we put code in the collection. Would not except soo took awhile to get through on phone to sort new code out

It was keep getting off and on and not working properly and i notice it was not sucking the water properly out of the rug and it ended up be smelly , i was not satisfied at all ,

Carpet stains mostly removed some deep ones remained. Machine was easy to use.

Nice and easy to use.
Cleaned the carpets well.
Machine was quite heavy and extra help needed to get it up stairs

Rug Doctor was so easy to order and collect. Using it was easy with online instructions. The carpet looked great after use. And taking back to the store was easy using the in store locker.

It was my first experience cleaning the carpets. We made it is very well. Plus we’re cleaned one more sofa.
I recommend.

The machine its self worked well and easy to book and collect.
However I wasn’t impressed having to clean the whole machine before use. Underneath was coveted in dog hair and the dirty water container was filthy. Clearly the previous person who rented it couldn’t be bothered to clean it after use

Machine dirty on receipt so cleaning it all of grime build up before use. Other than that process pretty easy

Rug doctor worked really well we only gave 4 stars as the bits for the chairs didnt work as well as expected but will use floor cleaner again

Got the carpets clean

definitely improved my sofa after kids spills.
However the machine itself was pretty dirty - although you are advised to wipe it down before and after its safe to say most people don't.
The attachment was clogged full of fluff, the machine itself leaked at the bottom where the air holes are.
Ive no idea how you empty the unused water unless you just stand there holding the spray button... its not easy to move back and forward over rugs/carpets.

Dont get me wrong it done what I needed but not sure i would bother again it seemed a lot of hassle and theyre not easy to get in and out the car.

Booking and collecting was super easy... and i thought it was pretty cheap but once you add the soap... for 24 hours youre looking at £50 do that 4 times you may aswell bought your own.

Hiring the machine was easy by speaking to the customer service line. Booking was easy and instructions were clear. The machine was easy to use on carpet and upholstery. I would use it again when needed. No hesitation in recommending Rug Doctor UK LTD.
