Disappointing underlay, ok rugs, bad delivery

I ordered the flatware with the underlay. I have wood floors and they move all the time. I have other rugs in the house with underlays from another brand and they remain in place even with pets and children playing on them.
Second issue is using Evri for delivery. Worst delivery company and I always have issues with them. They left the package in a public area at 11 pm...
Lastly, the rugs are ok, I could've done better with the same budget, won't use again.

Our Rug Pads are designed to grip hard floor surfaces, including wood and tile, although there are some types of floors that may not be compatible with our design.

Brilliant company to deal with I ordered the wrong sort of rug and they were extremely helpful to return the rug and get the correct one ordered and of course the rugs are wonderful

I think your return policy is rip off

I think your return policy is ripping off customers. I bought two rugs from you and they were able to come in one box. When I have to return them, they have to be returned separately, and you charge a £10 processing fees for each return? Do you have any empathy for your clients? It is already quite upsetting that the rugs you bought didn't work out and have to continue working. But to be charged in such a rip off manner is like pouring salt into wounds. I won't be purchasing again.

16/6/2026 In response to Ruggable's response. Your return procedures clearly stated that each item was to return separately. If what you said is true - that should've been stated plainly for customers to see and contact you. Not only after a bad review.

Lovely rugs, tracking complaint dealt with swiftly.

I've always loved Ruggable rugs but I really disliked the company's new terrible system of tracking orders and subsequently gave my latest purchase 3*. However they answered me immediately and I received tracking details as usual. The rug is gorgeous, it was delivered on time, and so I've amended my rating back to 5*. Thank you.

Terrible experience

I ordered on 15th May, today is 13th June and I am still waiting for my rugs. I got a. Message from Evri advising the rugs had been delivered and they had not so I started the process of investigating what happened. Apparently they were sent back to you and the package be sent again. No phone number to call, email and WhatsApp. Evri are supposed to be redelivering today. The last time I order from you. No offer of compensation, despite your 1-2 week delivery quote. Hope you make some interest on my money sitting in your account.

This was prioritised for you and shipped out on June 10th. The tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to you on June 13th at 10:41 AM, including a delivery photo.

Not for me. Some good, some bad points!

The ordering process was easy and seamless. However the rug did not meet expectations - the colour was nowhere near the photo examples on the website and due to the shallow pile and printed pattern, the white base colour showed through where it had been stitched at the edges. It also had a weird coating that made it feel unpleasant to touch. Once returned, which was also easy, we had emails to say that the rug would be re-delivered which required further communication to halt. Marketing emails are frequent which I also dislike!

Beautiful rugs

I am very pleased with the two rugs I ordered. They don’t move at all on my hard flooring and the designs are beautiful.

Cheap, Nasty, but Stylish

Starting with the fact we haven’t sent the rug back, however it was a close one…

The style is exactly what we wanted and we can’t find one anywhere else that we like, despite looking for months.

We opted for the more expensive, thicker, version of the rug, but it’s still really disappointing quality, especially for the money.

For over £500, it’s a cheap, thin, white material rug, which is printed on top of. The feel is ok on feet and ok when stood up, but looks crap closer. If you part the pile of the rug at all, it’s just pure white and no colour. We saw rugs in John Lewis at much better quality for around £300, just gutted it wasn’t the style we wanted.

Where furniture sits and then is moved, the pile is flattened and the rug is just white. The print quality is ok, but the colours are far from what was online in the pictures.

Are we happy? No. Are we sending it back? I think it’s too late, plus we like the vibe from a distance and can’t find anything else. Cost wise though, it’s a £50 rug printed on.

The colour is a disappointment

The colour is a disappointment. The photo on the website showed it as green, the reality is greyish brown. It’s OK for where I’ve put it but it’s a bit dreary.
