You sent me a returns label which I used to return a rug that was ordered by mistake. I duly sent the rug by FedEx which was picked up and delivered to FedEx Birmingham on the 5/1/26 4.36am. I am still waiting on my refund that was promised within 7 to 10 days.

I didn’t like the carpet at all and it felt so thin (I guess that why it can be washed?). Colors were muted—just overall a disappointment. They made return easy, so there’s that, but they also charge a return fee. If I had read the fine print, I probably would not have taken the chance on this, but that’s on me. I should have read the policy before I ordered. But I won’t be trying ruggable again

That is correct, unlike more traditional rugs, our products - the materials, texture, and production process - were designed with washability in mind. The thickness was equally carefully chosen to ensure that many of our sizes can fit in most household washing machines.
As for the return fee: since we offer free outbound shipping to customers, we have to establish a return processing fee to cover the cost of shipping packages back to our Returns Department, as well as the labour involved in inspecting all returned rugs.
Most customers value the free shipping on their orders, and our return processing fee is a way to help keep that policy. We share this information on our website under Delivery & Returns, as well as on our FAQs to meet customer expectations before an order is placed.
