Brilliant customer service
Loved the rug but unfortunately it had a couple of flaws. Asked for a replacement, they responded immediately and we received a new one a couple of weeks later.

Great rugs easily washed

Very quick delivery, rugs are very good quality.
I have also had to wash one as my cat was sick on it, l thought that mark will never come out.But it came up as good as new.
Have had 3 rugs already.
So pleased

The Ruggable website made it easy to choose the right size (including for my washing machine), and then once the rug was ordered we received frequent updates so that we were left in no doubt when the rug would arrive. The rug itself arrived well but not over packaged and is beautiful.

I purchased 2 rugs at the latter part of 2025 and was thrilled with the quality. Yes you wait a little time for delivery but good things are worth waiting for and they did not disappoint. I recently had an issue with one of the rugs so contacted customer services. To say they dealt with it well is an understatement. They resolved my issue quickly and way beyond my expectations. In this day and age where customer service is often lacking, Ruggables made me feel as if I was an important customer and to be honest, when I need more rugs I’m not even going to look elsewhere. These are worth every penny, not just for the quality of the rugs but the quality of the customer service

Have now purchased 2 rugs from Ruggable. Beautiful rugs, made to order so takes a few weeks to arrive but well worth the wait. Will be purchasing another one when finished decorating.

Very nice shopping experience and the rug is very nice. I found out that the runner rug I got was reduced by another 5% soon after my purchase so I reached out to the team and enquiried if a partial refund would be possible. The team got back to me as soon as they became available and issued a partial refund without additional chat needed.

The rug looks super nice as well. It has just been through its first wash and tumble drying and it's holding up pretty well. Will definitely buy from ruggable again.

Consistent issues on Billing, Returns, Refunds. Be very careful. They are not organised. They do not refund. The entire service is automated- no humans to deal with. The equivalent is being from Alibaba or Temu. If you like it, great. If it doesn't work for you, you can kiss goodbye to your money and any resolution. We have been going back and forth with a machine-generated response for six months now (from Nov). Nothing is getting solved. £700 down the drain.

Great at communication. Returned the first rug for an exchange and wasn’t refunded the full amount. One e mail and it was sorted. Love my rug!

Also great customer service as I had to return a rug that was on sale as it didn’t fit for my living room and Honey from customer service managed to get me another discount code even though the sale had finished. She was extending helpful. Rug was delivered quickly and looks amazing

Fast delivery and a beautiful rug. They are not the cheapest, but so far I feel it was worth the money! A real statement piece.

Very impressed with Ruggable. I ordered a rug from them which when it arrived turned out to not suit my room, it was very easy to return it and the refund was prompt. I re-ordered a second rug which is lovely so very happy.

Very pleased with the look of the rug. It really cheers up a rather gloomy hall. It’s a light colour but a muddy footprint easily wiped off. So, pleased with that too. Haven’t tried to wash it yet.

Lots of choice of rugs and runners on website. I recently purchased a runner for hallway and I’m very happy with it. The quality is excellent, and it feels soft yet durable. It was easy to unroll and flattened out quickly after opening. Great value for the price, and it has completely transformed the space. I would definitely recommend this rug to anyone looking for something beautiful and well-made.
