After a week one of the rugs we ordered started to fray underneath. (Manufacturing problem) We got in touch with their customer service and within minutes they had us sorted with a new rug, out for delivery straight away while they got someone to return the faulty one. Our new rug is loads better and the quality is amazing!

My first time ordering from Rug love after finding them on Instagram & I am over the moon with my purchase 😊. The quality & size of the rug is outstanding as was Roberts customer service. I made an enquiry regarding the delivery & it was dealt with quickly & efficiency going above & beyond. The rug is beautiful, excellent quality & size. I will definitely be purchasing from them again & have already recommended them to many friends & family. I would put 10 stars if I could!

Have ordered twice from ruglove, first rug was delivered after 2 days and it’s absolutely perfect we love it, second hasn’t arrived yet (it’s only been a few days) but have had excellent correspondence with Robert and he has gone above and beyond to get it to me ASAP so I literally have no complaints, customer service is 10/10 and I will 100% shop here again when I need another rug. They have so many to choose from and all prices are reasonable and when on sale they are really cheap, but not compromising quality xxx

Fantastic company and excellent customer service. Robert has been an absolut angel. He was dealing with my order and kept me updated on my delivery date. The rug I ordered was out of stock so I had to wait a bit longer for it. Robert reassured me that it will be delivered as soon as it is back in stock. As a gesture of goodwill he offered to supply the rug for free and refund has been issued. There is not many companies like this that puts customers first. Thank you once again Rug love and Robert for going that extra mile.
