We like the rug we purchased but didnt like the way it was folded, not rolled.There are still creases where the folded carpet was squeezed into a small bag.We thought before we opened the package that the wrong sized carpet had been sent. Jean and Peter Rimes..

I was delighted with the cleaning and repair of my Chinese rugs. Rugmaster are expert, knowledgeable and courteous people to do business with and also carry a stunning selection of stock in handmade rugs. No hesitation in my recommendation for their services.

What a great experience!

I contacted Rugmaster rug cleaning service to clean two very expensive large 3” shag pile rugs. An estimated cost was given on the initial call and a very polite young man arrived the next day to collect the rugs. He assisted in moving furniture off the rugs, rolled them and carried them out to the van without assistance. He detailed how the rugs would be cleaned.

A revised estimate of costs were given based on actual square footage and shag pile length, as well as an estimate of when the rugs were to be returned.

We were contact two days prior to the rugs being returned and given a selection of dates for delivery. The rugs were brought in and rolled out on the floor, once again assistence was given moving the furniture back onto the rugs.

The rugs are wonderfully clean and we couldn’t be happier with quality of the cleaning. The rugs had never been cleaned previously and are in the centre of a busy family room.

Cleaning the rugs on a regular two year cycle will certainly be a priority from now on.

Very pleased with both the quality, price and customer service of Rugmaster. My rug was frayed and the corners were missing completely having been worn away. Rugmaster were able to completely renovate the rug, reweave the corners and restitch the edges such that it looked brand new. They also deep cleaned the rug too which brought out the deep rich colours once more.

My beloved hall runner kelim from Turkey was damaged badly by my dog, and they repaired it beautifully. I’m delighted. Thank you so much.

Honestly one of the best carpet places in the country. They’re classy and enthusiastic, they repaired my carpet quickly and it was a fair price.

I had my 2 rugs cleaned for the first time, I don’t mind admitting that they were quite soiled (as my puppy has grown up with these rugs in situ).
I was astonished and delighted to see the result. Stains I never imagined would be removed, were gone.

We had two large cream wool rugs cleaned. They collected & dropped off as apart of the total price. David was very helpful on the phone with all my questions. I had a beautiful rug ruined by two big rust stains and thought it would have been it. Rugmaster cleaned it and rewove the areas which were damaged and the rug is now as good as new!
