The support department was very helpful in answering all of our many questions. The rug is beautiful and extremely well made. We couldn’t be happier.

Great fit and feel
The rug is exactly as pictured and described, which is great because I wanted to fit it where there is a bit of a lip from a new door we installed. I like to be barefoot all the time and this rug is nice and soft for an outdoor rug. It’s still early, but there is no shedding or fading.

Excellent quality AND service -- RTF went the extra mile!
Not only did the rug turn out wonderfully (excellent quality), but the order was expedited and made it in plenty of time for our event. Much of that was due to the RugsThatFit team working so quickly to help us get our colors picked out and our design set up. We really appreciate the personal touch and the fact they went the extra mile to get the job done. Bravo!

Fit like a glove…
I’m extremely satisfied with the rug that I purchased. I ordered a custom size, and it fits like a glove in my doorway. It looks so nice, that I didn’t even want to put it on the ground to step on. I’d definitely buy another rug.

I was impressed at how quickly the team responded to my messages, and they made it so easy to create a custom doormat that I love! The experience was so great, that I just ordered a second custom doormat and have referred your company to friends.

Great outdoor rug
Great doing business with RugsThatFit. We're happy with our rug since the other rug we had didn't work well in this higher humidity.

Love this rug!!!
This was the BEST experience. I needed a custom size 4x10 (plus inches) for my kitchen rug that is not an option in standard sizes. Luckily, I found Rugs that Fit and found the perfect rug. I ordered samples that came in a few days. After making the choice, my rug arrived in 2 weeks and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. It will last for years to come!!
