After ordering and paying for a specific Alhambra rug 2x previously from other online retailers only to be told it was discontinued and I would have to have a refund, I found Mark.

Unfortunately he had the same issue a 3rd time in terms of being able to get me one delivered so emailed me to offer a refund. He did however have another solution, he had one in stock but he had off his own bank researched delivery cost which would be approximately £70+ as it was Kendal to Sunderland so that was a bit much so he offered to meet me at a place of my choice..

So today I picked up my rug from Mark at Carlisle and I am thrilled and so appreciative that he and his wife took time out of their busy days when really the didn’t have too.
