Delivery terms are greatly underestimated
My initial order has a 3 day delivery estimate. In 3 days they did not even ship the order. I called after 8 days and the customer service is annoyed that I need to be more patient. Take 2 weeks on top of their original delivery term maybe that is more reliable as delivery. I stil did not received my order to date. Also they said I can not cancel the order. Huge red flag!

Impressive quality
I just got the carpet and have been using it for two days. I ordered the Tigras Rose 200 x 140, for a budget buy. Man this is really impressive quality for the price I have paid for. I was ready for aome disappointment due to image difference between website and reality, but the carpet in real light is far more impressive. 👌

Larger rugs are sometimes shipped folded due to carrier size restrictions. The resulting fold marks are usually temporary and should gradually settle once the rug has been laid flat. Gently rolling the rug in the opposite direction and placing some weight on the affected areas can also help.
