The rugs are beautiful but I wished the company used a different delivery company. UPS in Hungary is a disater. Luckily, the RugVista customer service was nice and managed to convince UPS to deliver our package finally.

We placed an order online, but the item has been lost in transit. Since then, we have tried to contact the company multiple times, yet their support for such cases seems to be non existent.

Two emails to customer support - no reply
Calls to the support line - no answer
Calls to their representative in Hungary - no answer
Two DM's of Facebook - no response

At this point, we have neither the item nor a refund.

Where is the money we were charged, or the product we paid for?

Is purchasing from this online shop even secure? Based on our experience, it does not appear to be.

Be alert before placing an order and making payment to this company. They will take the money, but not sure you will receive the item, and quite sure you'll recieve no after-sale costumer support.

Hello everyone! I would start with the delivery, it was not as fast as many people say!!! But the delivery would be the least of it, I would rather talk about the product! For me, the carpet does not start here, with such a paper-thin material, of course, the pictures show how thick it is! I would rather call this quality and thickness a floor carpet! I was disappointed with this product, especially when there are so many carpets like this that they sell! The discount was okay, but it would have been better if there had been no discount and there would have been a better quality carpet!!! It may be going back, this is poor unfortunately! I hope they don't rewrite what I wrote and post this opinion so that others don't order unnecessarily!!!!

The rug arrived within a few days, and the delivery process was easy to track throughout. The product’s specifications fully match the description. In terms of its colours, the overall effect of this rug is nicer than in the pictures. Overall, the ordering process was a very positive experience, and I am very satisfied with the rug itself.

The webshop experience was fine. The delivery info was that the carpet will be delivered by the end of the day which is very ambigous. And the delivery driver was not very much client oriented or flexible.

The rug looked exactly like the pictures online, and even the color shade was spot-on, making it easy to choose. The product photos are very accurate, so you can trust what you see—no unpleasant surprises. The rug itself is stunning, excellent quality, and has become the centerpiece of our living room. Delivery was fast and reliable. This is the second rug we’ve ordered from this store, and once again, we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

I was reading some reviews about RUGVISTA before my long hesitating order. Price of product was too high for a long while and I couldn't believe they ship the rugs out of Sweden to Hungary or any country. So the Black Friday sale tempted me to place the order. Most surprising was the way they've folded my rug for a minimum package size instead of rolling it up. Anyway quickly arrived safely with FEDEX, followed instructions to smooth out the traces of folding. The rug seems to be a nice quality and same color as it was shown on webshop's pictures. Hope to visit them soon in their warehouse in Malmö, Sweden. Folding rugs like that takes quite a significant talent!

A beautiful carpet, but a little bit thin.

The rug is simply the one we needed. I mean, I "bought" online the picture of the rug which was already the only one I could find on the net, regardless of price, probably fitting in our living room. The real rug on the other hand is like someone somewhere knew better what our room needed. It is more than perfect, I can not find words, it is above any possible hopes. I am incredibly happy, thanks for this!!!!! The delivery finally went OK, but unfortunately, I did not get satisfactory information during tracking and had to worry during the second week of the shipping. It was impossible to get closer to the company, even the chat option did not connect with a human agent. So I called the consumer support of RugVista, and I got the necessary information and help for which I am most grateful! Thanks a lot for everything!!!! I am a very satisfied consumer!!!! :D

The rug is as expected, everything was good.

very fast delivery and smooth purchasing process but I am disappointed by the quality.. it feels very stiff and plastic sheet like.. it is like I threw a piece of rigid plastic on my floor, all the folding marks are strongly visible. the colors are nice but it’s such a visibly poor quality that I will only use it as a temporary solution for sure - for this temu/ebay quality the pricing is waaaaaay too high

The rug is not quite the color as on the photo, much more faded than expected

The rug looked nice but had a very strong weird, musty smell. I had to wash three times, plus soak it in desinfectant to make it ok. Even I followed the instructions, the rug shed a ton of small pieces in the process. I’m still not a 100% comfortable to put the rug in my baby’s room.

Edit: the stink was so strong that the whole room smelled. I reached out to the customer service but didn’t receive a reply.
