Good experience
I got the product in 6 days, great service and platform. The product looked like the picture, but I didn't like the polyester material as much, so I decided to send the rug back. They have a free-return policy, which is great, it was easy to arrange a pickup, only a few clicks. All in all it was a good experience.

Low quality packaging
I'm a regular customer and in the past all rugs came nicely rolled up. Lately you have started to fold the rugs for shipment which is absolutely terrible for the product. In the very last delivery the packaging was even torn with a cream colored rug inside.
If you are saving money with this new type of shipping, please think about the damage you are doing to the product and customer satisfaction

We have always folded our larger rugs for transport, as most shippers have certain limitations on package dimensions. We have introduced new shippers better suited for local markets, but these shippers have different packaging guidelines, meaning some medium sized rugs will need to folded too. However, any fold marks should go away by themselves over the course of a few days!
Of course, we understand that receiving a rug that has been dirtied during transport is disappointing and worrying, and we do sincerely apologise for this! However, our Customer Service team is happy to help further and find a solution, and can also provide you with tips to tackle fold marks, if you would like to remove these as quickly as possible.

Good quality rug but bad packing
Overall, the carpet is nice and the color is as in the picture, but I am not satisfied with the packaging. I ordered a circular rug and instead of rolling it up, it was folded, so the rug broke. Delivery was made within a few days after payment.
