Excellent service
Excellent service. Ordered new washing machine on a Saturday afternoon. Monday was a bank holiday. Item was delivered & installed Tuesday morning. Staff very helpful & knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Had a delivery of Neff island hood at…
Had a delivery of Neff island hood at end of november. Left it in box for safekeeping until 1 March due to delays in fitting quartz kitchen worktops. When we opened the box, the metal on the hood was damaged.
I reported it to Ruislip and they will do nothing saying that we should have opened it at time of delivery.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very rude and offensive
Very rude and offensive. Shocking customer service that they treat customers in this way. In these hard times , firms really need to enhance their customer service and keep the customers they have. Most definitely will be taking my custom elsewhere, where they respect their customers.

Excellent service - scarce product
Back in October 2021 I spent weeks looking for a matching neff slide and hide oven and matching neff microwave oven. I found 1 item on Ruislip appliances online shop and found the other matching item at their store which I visited. The items were graded, but I was reassured by the shop that they were not damaged. I am currently enjoying both items in my kitchen and can’t thank the team at Ruislip Appliances, enough for their help.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, they went above and beyond!! I bought a very expensive Miele tumble dryer and it had a fault, they replaced it with a Siemens dryer as I decided that I didn’t want another Miele. Unbelievably this machine was also faulty and with no fuss at all, one of the guys came and had a look and agreed it too was faulty and replaced it again! Third time lucky
I’ve gone for a Bosch and am extremely happy. Could not fault the service from Ruislip Appliances and will only buy from them in the future. I can thoroughly recommend them. Extremely caring team of people.

Bad Customer Service
Ordered a small larder fridge which arrived within two days and delivered by two very pleasant men. Unfortunately fridge had four holes on top of fridge where a door hinge cover should be. Spoke to a very unhelpful man who said that is how the fridge comes as it is supposed to be underneath a unit so wouldn’t show and if I am not happy then they will pick fridge up to which I explained I liked fridge but wasn’t happy about holes to which he replied “can you please make a decision as I have customers waiting” which I feel was very rude. I emailed some pictures of holes and spoke to a lovely man who said he would send me the missing piece (which never arrived). Spoke to original man who said the gentleman should never have said this as they don’t have this item to send me and as I had the fridge for two weeks they couldn’t take it back. He was very abrupt with me and I ended the conversation. Terrible customer service, shame because they delivered very quickly and I am happy with fridge.
