I was very happy with my appliances the cooker hood was damaged but one phone it was replaced

following my order and the fitting of my cooker and hood I realise that the recirculating filter cassett ordered was not required. I sent an email to Ruislip Appliances to ask if I could return this and had a response from Tristan Thomas to say that unfortunately as the filter were specially ordered in for me they could not return them but suggested they would give me a credit note for 50% of the cost against any further purchases. Whilst this was not the ideal solution I was hoping for I followed this up with a telephone call to the shop and was treated very badly by the person I spoke to on the other end. She didn't give me her name but she was a older sounding women who was very rude. She point blankly told me that the manager was not prepared to have the product back in the shop and was not prepared to give me a credit. I explained that I was following up on an offer that the company had suggested and asked why the change. She reiterated her earlier statement and put the phone down on me. Following my conversation with her I wrote a letter of complaint to Tristan and to this day I have not had an acknowledgement to my email or an apology from Ruislip Appliance. I will not be recommending the company to any of my friends or even my enemy. I would like to send you a copy of the email sent to them if you would respond to me.

Good friendly service together with fair prices

I can recommend Ruislip Appliances to family and friends and know that they won't be disappointed.

After a fair amount of searching for the perfect 122cm high fridge my wife finally found the answer at Ruislip Appliances for a very reasonable price. Only catch was that we didn't need it for about a month. We spoke to Nick and he was happy to hold onto it and even held for another week when we asked. The delivery driver struggled to find our house (not the only one) but a swift polite and courteous phone call sorted that one out. A refreshingly happy experience overall.

I received a very friendly, fast and efficient service when my freezer packed up in the summer and I was desperate for a replacement asap before my lollies defrosted. Love my new freezer, thank you for coming to my rescue so quickly

They offer good prices and the items are fully described with pictures (on the graded items)
The delivery service is fast too.

I bought a Siemens fridge, it was ordered and delivered without any problems. They removed my old fridge and after unpacking the new one, placed it into the space in the kitchen. Very helpful and would recommend Ruislip Appliances to anyone.

Having used Ruislip Appliances for over 16-17 years to accommodate tenants and landlords I have always found them to be extremely competitive, organised and efficient in all my dealings and transactions.

With the cooker they arranged for a qualified gas fitter to be there to connect as soon as it was delivered.So i found them a good company to deal with,and best of all they are local,

I bought an integrated fridge by Leibherr some time ago and have been impressed by the quality so when I needed to replace my freezer I sought advice about which Leibherr product would be best. Staff were very helpful and knowledgable.

I recently purchased a Miele Fridge Freezer from Ruislip Appliances. Firstly I was amazed to be able to get the item delivered the next day, the advice and information given was the best I have ever received when purchasing white or brown goods.

This level of service simply can't be matched even the likes of John Lewis fall way short of Ruislip Appliances. These guys are simply The Appliance Specialists!!!!!
