Be careful if you want to buy a mirror from RUKE.
After I ordered a mirror cabinet in october, I received 2 messages explaining everything was going fine and it was ready for delivery. Then suddenly no more contact. client service does not answer in France (it seems to be the same in UK as I tried to call them also). I sent 3 messages through their website and e mail but did not get any answer even if they say they will answer in 4 to 12 hours maximum. They just vanished... I will give an update if something happen but be very careful if you want to buy from this company.

Cheap, terrible quality. Bought mine in September 2025. Looks good online but when you get it, it is poor. This cheap glass, poor and cheap hooks to fix it to the wall. Should never have bought it.

I initially experienced a problem with the demister and missing illumination on my mirror. It took some time to receive a reply, but RUKE has now agreed to send me a completely new mirror with an upgraded control system.

I appreciate the resolution and hope the replacement arrives within the expected timeframe.

We had purchased a Sloped Ceiling mirror from there (via their other website mirrorforyou.co.uk). The company provides multiple pre-set options from which you can select the type you want.

Upon delivery, we opened the package 3 days later when the bathroom renovators/ plumbers had arrived. It turned out that the mirror was in fact broken. We had not even unpacked its internal packaging, but could see that it was broken.

Since then, I have had one excuse after the other from the Customer Service team. They initially said we should have told them within 24 hours, but when I pointed out that it does not say anywhere in their T&Cs fine print (and claim to have a 30 - day refund policy elsewhere) they simply changed their narrative to 3 days. I am yet to receive from them clarity on how they will resolve it, and have simply put it on their logistics provider claims process of 30 days.

In the meantime, I do not have a refund or a replacement mirror when quite clearly it is their responsibility to send me product in its proper functioning condition as marketed.

We are very pleased with the service and the product we bought from Ruke Mirrors, which was the LED mirror cabinet "Ontario" in a custom size. Thank you very much to the Ruke team, both supporting and making.

This was a great solution to our problem, which was needing a smaller cabinet width than all the standard cabinets from any vendor that I could find.

It was great to find Ruke Mirrors and their custom size options, which gave us exactly what we were looking for.

They were very helpful in answering a number of questions that I had about the product, options, and ordering process. This gave me the confidence and understanding that I was looking for before ordering.

Overall we were delighted with Ruke. I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars since the lead-time was longer than I had expected (end-Nov-2024 order, delivery end-Jan-2025). I do however understand that this covered the Christmas and New Year period, and they did give clear answers when I asked about status and remaining time.

I understand that rukemirrors.co.uk is their new UK website using their authentic business name. Their longer-standing UK website using a generic name is mirrorforyou.co.uk, which is still there at the time I'm writing this. You can see other Trustpilot reviews for the same business on their older site as above. I understand that they have been in business (in Poland) for over 30 years. I mention the websites since otherwise it might seem strange that I am the first to give them a review here on Trustpilot. They are well established, and I did feel I could trust them.

In conclusion, I am happy to recommend Ruke Mirrors. They did a great job for us. (Just be aware that custom can take a bit more time, so good to plan ahead)
