easy to navigate and complete

I've only used Rula for a short period of time but they seemed to looked at most detailed areas in making the forms easy to read and answer. For first time users that's a must and should not ever be confusing and frustrating to get to the next page.

The therapist that I met with made me feel completely comfortable felt like he understood what I was trying to get across and just all around kind!

My therapist is fantastic and I was able to choose her thoughtfully given the broad range and selection of practitioners. The service makes it easy to use and the interface with my insurance is seamless.

Communication and consistency

Great therapist.

The scheduling, appointment reminders, pre-appointment form questions and format, and video-call system worked perfectly. In the past, I've had problems connecting with my therapists using a video conference call platform, so I was happy that this platform was so easy to use and reliable.

I was cautious about receiving therapy remotely but the process when quite smoothly. We (husband and I) have now met with our therapist 3 times and each time have received good information and somehomework to help us get our relationship back on track. It's pretty basic stuff but sometimes you just need that third ear to listen to both and get you both on the right track. Initially I tried to make appointments through other services, but their database of providers was outdated, resulting in frustration. Rula's database had accurate provider information and we were easily able to set up an appointment.

Once I found the right provider, my experience has been excellent!

10 days for my prescription request to clear your Clearinghouse is completely and absolutely absurd and this has happened 3 times in a row. Even if my provider weren't leaving your platform I would begin looking elsewhere. Going days, even a week without medication because your prescription system sucks is unsustainable. Fix your garbage system.
