Your company with refund offer shows integrity

I was very confused when I tried to get the box of puzzles that on social media implied the product was coming from
Hobby lobby. I did not understand that I was signing up for a membership. Hence the reason I reached out for refund. Puzzles never arrived. I appreciate you offering me a refund.

A mistaken button click

My experience with runclad has been a mistake from the beginning. I thought I was buying yarn from Hobby Lobby and instead I got “credits” to spend on things I neither needed nor wanted. Raj has been helpful in getting me a refund for my mistake. I was given a refund.

False advertisement

False advertisement! I did a survey for Macy's to receive a discount. When I checked my bank account, I had three different charges coming out! However, Eric was very easy to communicate with and he handled the situation right away!
