I was charged for something I did not do. Apparently, my card has been compromised. I’m still waiting to see if my charges will be reversed before I contact my credit card provider.

Honestly not even sure this will help, because I didn’t subscribe to a membership and I got charged for it.

After navigating the offers and how it all works, I was helped by Kenny regarding my reimbursement. I appreciate that and will not hold this company in a dismissive way.

The escalation team is currently working with me in regards to refunding my money which is pending.

Well i accidentally got signed up to a membership with yall and the customer service helped me get my money back. They were very polite even after I kinda lost my cool.

Everything was handled as I requested in an efficient amount of time.

I requested a refund and Emerald answered my email and got back to me fairly quickly.

I was told that my membership was cancel and received an email saying that it was changed to a trial and it was extended. I had never signed up for a membership. The customer support has been a little helpful in the process though.

Followed link from another site and unknowingly signed up for membership when I thought the information was just to create account to peruse the site. Requested cancellation and received several emails as to progress. Also received a refund for the fee. Very quick and very responsive
