Beware this is not a UK company. I found them via a search in google for a specific trainer, i ordered them, they took a long time to arrive, the shoe was a wide fitting (i already owned the standard fitting), when the trainer arrived it was exactly the same as the standard fitting…. So not as advertised. I then had to pay £12 to return the item as the company is actually in spain and chase them constantly for a month until i finally got a refund. Terrible customer service and experience. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this. Dont make the same mistake, avoid this company

I was looking for a certain style of a certain brand of trainers at competitive price - Runnerinn ticked all the boxes.
Highly recommend.

Website was easy to navigate and easy to order from. Was kept updated about my order status. My order arrived as per the advised time. I ordered an Asics product and I was happy with the quality.

Overall good service - shoes arrived one day after stated date, but I am in the UK so this may have slowed the service.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Runnerinn (one of their branches), attracted by their seemingly good prices. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be very negative due to their total lack of transparency regarding additional costs.
During the checkout process, Runnerinn does not inform you in any way that there may be customs duties, VAT, or import fees for shipments to Switzerland. These details are buried in the general terms and conditions or in the FAQ section, but they are never clearly shown during the checkout. As a result, I had to pay around 22 CHF extra in customs clearance and Swiss VAT, with no prior warning.
This practice is misleading and unprofessional: a customer has the right to know the full price of the product they are purchasing, including all taxes and customs charges, from the very beginning. Runnerinn, however, hides these details, making it impossible to make an informed and transparent decision.
Also, they did not removed Spanish VAT or even worse they didn't charged it as a VAT but they asked me the full price price (that includes VAT) + later I had also to pay Swiss VAT at the same time. Total incompetence or dishonesty.
Customer service is also providing only evasive answers and not making any effort to solve the problems
I will never recommend this site to anyone and urge all Swiss customers to be very careful: the prices you see are not the prices you will pay!
UPDATE FOLLOWING THEIR COMMENT:
Their comment below, as experienced in previous days with customer care, is evasive, and they also say false things. Now, they say that Spanish VAT if shipped in Switzerland is not charged, but I paid exactly the same price as I would have buying from an EU country. You can easily simulate on their website that shipping to an EU country or Switzerland, the price doesn't change. So again, they still charged me the Spanish VAT that was not supposed to be charged or they put it in their pocket. Also, as you clearly can see from their comment, there is not even an attempt at a clarification on this matter, but just an elusive answer that tries to cut you out. Incompetence and dishonesty in attitude towards clients. THIS IS A FURTHER CONFIRMATION THAT SHOWS YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS SHOP

They have a great assortment, the site is very clear with information. The delivery was very smooth and my delivery was absolute acceptable.

Final Edit: Thankfully they did eventually refund the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs alongside the item refund. Whilst this took a fair bit of hassle to come to this resolution at least they got their in the end. I would be very hesistant to order in the future though given their return policies unless I was absolutely sure the item would be suitable probably to the extent that it was something I have bought before or tried on somewhere.

So you set return prices artificially high to deter returns? That's extremely poor. I've no idea how long you can expect to get away with that sort of disregard for customers. Also I'm not looking to return due getting the wrong size or not liking them or anything like that. For me these trainers are uniquely faulty and I have no option to keep them unless I want to experience severe pain and long term injury. And I had no idea they would be like this due to your inadequate description and photos on the website. Also you may not be legally obliged to offer free returns but you are legally obliged to refund the original outgoing postage costs of £6.99 (on a side note how is this not also the price to return??). Can you explain how you don't refund the outgoing postage costs as well as the item cost as per UK consumer law?
Do not order from this company if you are UK based unless you want to potentially incur huge return costs. I carefully researched sizing and fit info on buying some Ultraboost 5 for the first time and sized up half a size. Received the trainers (delivery took 8 days) and was very pleased with the size and fit but upon trying them on and wearing them briefly around the house the rigid rubber lace placket and lack of cushioning beneath was really rubbing into my accessory navicular bone on my right foot and so realised there was no way I could keep them without long term injury in addition to severe discomfort. This is a fairly common feature in some people's feet (around 4-20%) but I had never had any issue with footwear or anything else but these trainers were uniquely structured to cause real pain it seems. Unfortunate and maybe I could have avoided this if they were better described or pictured. I explained my issue to them in the return option as faulty with pictures including the unique offending bone in my right foot (took over 2 hours to successfully upload the pictures on their site despite compressing the size as they requested) but they rejected this and said I would have to pay for returns. The cost of returning them is £10.99, quite difficult to accept for such an unfortunate and unexpected fault with the trainers for my ANB condition. But that's not the end of the costs as I was advised by their customer service chat that they do not refund the original outgoing shipping costs (£6.99) despite this being against UK consumer protection law ("After returning the goods, the retailer should refund you the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid to get the goods sent to you in the first place"). So the total costs to return an item that if kept would effectively be a torture device for my right foot and cause serious long term posterior tibial tendon damage is £17.98. There was no way for me to forsee this potential unsuitability due to inadequate item description and pictures and also the return costs are not displayed anywhere on their website like any other online shop and they also don't mention that they don't comply with uk consumer law in refunding original outgoing postage costs (Spain based company but cosumer law applies to where the consumer is based). Also they don't double box their trainers so the box will arrive bashed and damaged in some way so if you are buying as a collector beware. And you require a printer to return items unlike almost every other Royal Mail return system operated by online shops. All in all, will definitely never order from them again and if you are UK based think very carefully before ordering from them.

They handled my return/refund very well, the only downsight was the return postage of €13ish, compared to other companies' €2 with ReBound.
Hence 4 stars. Apart from that, I recommend.
Good products, good prices. Secure shopping.

Best running shoes I've had since I first bought my first pair of running shoes way back in the 1980's. Really comfortable, great colours and provide good cushioning. So impressed, I have now bought another pair. Adidas have got these right and at a reasonable price.
