I made an order the 24 of June ,and was supposed to be delivered the 3 of july but i never received my order and today we are the 6 of august 2025 !After at least 20 calls to their service,they assured me that i would receive a refund but nothing from their side , total silence and no refund .Then i sent some mails to know what will be done , i received multiple answers , some said that i would receive my order shortly , other that they are inquiring , other writing that they are sorry but they do not know what happened.Then after 4 weeks they sent me a PDF to compile for missing orders but when i sent it back , they answered with an automated mail that said that i would receive my order shortly after 1 month and a half again !!!
It keeps on getting worth,with this company , they even answer to all the reviews here on Trustpilot faking that they care and saying that they are sorry and that they will fix the problem but it is all fake they do not do anything !!! If you wanna play russian roulet with your money than you are at the right place , you will order and pay but then , pray that what happened to me won't happen to you !!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!

I purchased a high-end pair of Asics…
I purchased a high-end pair of Asics shoes from this website, expecting quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, after only two months of normal use, the shoes began to fall apart.
I contacted the company multiple times, sending detailed messages and clear photo evidence of the damage. Despite this, they consistently claimed they did not receive my messages. After several attempts, they eventually dismissed my complaint without any proper investigation.
This behavior raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the products they sell. Based on my experience, I question whether these are genuine Asics shoes at all.
I strongly warn others: **do not trust this website.** The customer service is evasive, the complaint process is dismissive, and the overall experience suggests highly unprofessional – and potentially fraudulent – business practices.

They sent the wrong item, charged me to return them.
They sent the wrong item - they sent me women's trainers instead of mens.
I contacted them and explained - showed them the product page and all the confirmation and dispatch emails, none of which mentioned anywhere them being women's.
But as with others they 'investigated'.
They said 'the trainers were listed in the women's section of the navigation'.
But if you search on Google for a product, and get delivered an advert, and click on that advert, you don't do the site navigation piece do you, you just land on the relevant product.
So they decided they were in the right and charged me £10 to return them to Spain.
I deffo won't buy from them again.
If you're in the UK it's better to use sportsshoes.com

Poor refund experience still waiting after 16 days
Great price, slow delivery and appalling refund system. My return items were delivered back to them on 12th June. Still no sign of a refund on 28th June.

The customer service is unbelievably
I received a pair of shoes for which the right one was dirty and requested a refund.
The process to get my money back is very complicated — I had to send multiple different photos several times as they requested.
Even after two weeks, I am still waiting for a final response to return the shoes and receive my refund.
I was considering buying from their website again, but after this experience, I definitely won’t. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemies.
The customer service was unbelievably poor and frustrating.
Moreover I wrote them multiple time with no responses

Not fit for non-EU customers
If you are a non-EU customer (UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.) consider other options. It is a well run operation... for the EU. If you order from other websites your order will arrive earlier, and the final price will be comparable and in most cases cheaper.
The expected shipping time was a tad long, but well advertised. I thought that was the effort to do to get a good deal. Yet, they still missed the deadline by almost week. If you contact them, there is a stupid chatbot that answers automatically, providing zero value to the customer and just produces frustration and annoyance.
When the shoes arrived, they came with additional custom fees, which look disproportionate relative to what happened with other retailers. It seems that the logistical setup end-up triggering more fees than their competitors, to put it politely.
Frankly speaking, they may be competitive for the EU market, but if you are outside the EU it's a big disappointment.

Spanish Company - Rubbish Returns
The company is located in Spain but this isn't made clear on their website. The delivery took twice as long as the estimate and was quite expensive. I have an issue with the size which if I want to return I need to pay for at an even higher return cost. While they say you can return the item for upto 30 days its all at your cost. I would avoid if you are in the UK.
