Quality not as expected I received both pairs with some spots, i did not try to wipe it with water or soap yet. However, i have to receive my shoes clean

I sent you 3 emails and you did not respond to change the size

Bought online a shoe then after 2 days sending me out of stock without mentioning any details regarding the refund or reference for alternative.
2 emails sent and no reply unless i called then got a respond.

I got my order and too small I request return or refund no answer I need refund now and send someone to get the sneakers

I still didn’t receive the shoes that I ordered and it’s been about 7 days. Also, there’s no updates regarding my order on their website, app and I didn’t even receive a confirmation regarding my order. I e-mailed them like thrice already, but no response.

UPDATE: They reached out to me on the 8th day and they finally shipped out my order. But when I was about to receive my package, I was informed that I needed to pay additional shipping fee of SR 121.50. Anyways, I will not purchase anything from them again. This will be my first and last. 😑

Seriously one of the biggest mistake to purchase from runners. No reply to email no one receiving calls, pathetic service next time i will not buy anything and i will tell all my people to dont buy anything from runner .. zero star services

The shipment dispatched late due to the lack of communication with the customer, when I followed up with the shipper they told me that they need my ID copy, also the shipper took a long time to deliver the package.

The experience, frankly, was unfortunate three days before the shipment was received; First: I want to change the size and no one is responding yet. Second: An additional shipping amount of 107 riyals was taken even though I paid the shipping amount from your site. I didn't know there was another shipping cost. Now I want to change the shoe size please

Am still waiting for my shoe to be replaced!!

Delivery can be improved a bit but overall 5/5 starts 😊

I purchased a pair of expensive ASICS shoe and the size does not fit. I wrote to them request for exchange and just silent. Nobody reply the email. Nobody pick up the phone. I went to the shop and was told they are not related and could not help. I will now donate my shoe. If you want something, better buy from Sun and Sand Sport.

Everything was perfect except for the shipping fees was not clear while purchasing.
